Rancho Family Medical Group - Temecula Makena's Online Review Report Card

An excellent medical practice. Dr "U" is thorough and professional. The office is following covid procedures and I was still seen promptly for appointment.

We moved recently to Temecula and were referred to this office (McKenna) for Primary care.  My daughter and I go to this practice. While the staff are nice, professional and the MDs were very good and thorough; it is impossible to get through on the phone. I called to make an initial appointment and waited for 20 mins on the line. OK, I get it its COVID and I though that was maybe why...gave it a pass. But then I called for another appointment in December as I wasn't feeling well, and again waited about 20 mins to speak to someone. They have a centralized appointment desk--Ok I get that....maybe. But the 3rd time I had to call was for them to complete forms for my child and I called  the McKenna office... I waited 30 minutes for someone to answer, hung up, called again and waited another 30 minutes. Hung up. Third time is the charm. After waiting 21 minutes someone from another office answered (I guess and internal transfer?).  Just told me to drop the forms off. I am glad someone at least answered the phone but wasn't the correct office?There is enough competition in the area with other practices so I am going to look elsewhere. This wait time is ridiculous and I find it hard to believe there is no one at the office to answer phones.

A referral and a life insurance form took me over two months, 8 phone calls, and finally, giving up and moving to a different provider. I was promised multiple times that my items will be handled, and someone will follow up with me. Neither happened. Very two simple tasks, just never got done, and on every call, I got very similar excuses that indicated nothing but incompetence and poorly run operation at this facility.I switched medical groups completely to not have to deal with this any more.

I was seen by Dr. Bacon and she has been by far the best physician I've encountered at Rancho. I had honestly given up on the place since it was always in and out service. Dr.Bacon actually asked how I was feeling! I was there for a doc note and ended up leaving with other follow up services thanks to her! I was very pleased with her, thank you Dr. Bacon!

It was my first time seeing Dr Uttaburanont. It was a very good experience. I really liked her. She was very patient and thorough. Office staff was great too. I highly recommend.

Dr. Rahman is very thorough, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend her.

Wonderful provider! She listens and cares about helping you with symptoms. It is never fun to be ill or in pain but Michelle makes the office visit stress free. I also feel confident when I leave that she is on the right track with a treatment plan. I would also like to comment that her entire staff has always been professional and courteous to me.

I strongly recommend this medical group. It has a vast network of services. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Rahman is an exceptional physician. She carefully listens and gently guides an " older" patient through her care plan. My family is so fortunate to have her as our doctor.
