Rancho Family Medical Group- Urgent Care 79S's Online Review Report Card

I hurt my pointer finger and hand. I picked up paperwork from my dr office and asked for a appointment for my hand. The gal said go downstairs there is a urgent care right below us. I spoke to the gal that signs you in. She was nice. I had to come back 3 hours later. I was seen by a PA that made me feel bad like im wasting urgent care time.I was uncomfortable when i said I hurt my hand 2 weeks ago. The pains been bad and can't seem to heal it. He po pood me off said mri are very expensive but i can go have a xray if i want. Yes. I said i would go. It's none of his business why i waited 2 weeks.I did because my precious mother in law was dying with covid complications then passed and i made no time for me until now.I hope he can adjust his thoughts and be better with his bed side manners in the future should a patient take up his time the way I did. The med tech was awesome sweet gal.

One of the most incompetent (or completely lazy) staff I've ever dealt with! Computer systems shuts down and that stops all patient care in its tracks...not sure what a computer has to do with providing treatment by a doctor? People come to urgent care because it's an emergency!! Why not provide care and then enter whatever info needs to be entered later...it's called paper and pen!!! Oh I get it, too lazy to actually do work that requires more than a click of a mouse. Incredibly disappointed...they should be embarrassed of themselves!

I called this morning at 9:30 to ask a question and was told I had other patients ahead of me and she would call me back shortly. At 3:15 in the afternoon I got a call back and told them I called 5 hours ago and then hung up. What kind of medical practice works this way? This happened to be Dr. Combs people. If you care, there are doctors within Rancho Medical that are caring people. Just don't go to Dr. Combs or his son, they'll have no time for you.

This is Family Care,??????????? What family Care, there are no in person visits since the beginning of the pandemic , everything its tough telemedicine and there is no doctor on call, good luck getting sick on the weekend , cause you will have to drive to already overwhelmed emergency rooms and the doctors are no where to be reached , do not get this family group please.

Well I always thought an urgent care was to take care of sick people but when my daughter and I went here yesterday they informed us that they don't take "sick" people!! Wtf? What good are you then? Because I have a cold you can't see us!! Absolutely ridiculous!! This place needs to close if they don't take sick people!!I will never go there again and only post the truth about them!! They suck!!!Well I went to A+ urgent care and was seen right away!! Given antibiotics and tested for covid!!But the telehealth that was never offered by your office!! All they said was "we aren't seeing sick patients and sent us away!!

My husband fell and dislocated his thumb. We got here just before 5. No one in the waing room so we thought "Wonderful".No, sorry we aren't taking any more patients today. The very nice receptionist went back and asked but still no. She gave us a sheet of other places.

This medical group is the WORST. I was looking for a new doctor out in the area so after looking hard I choose this group. The PA, Connie Cordrey, whom I say was not very friendly. Then I sent a message to her through the portal and it took all most two weeks for a response. Then I sent a refill for a prescription and it was denied and with no explanation. I was with my last doctor for 15 year so to get a lack of response and care in this time is just not acceptable. I will never go back.

This Urgent Care was the best in town. However, they have a new intake person who is incredibly rude, short, and offensive. A total Karen Trigger.

Just FYI, if you ANY symptoms, they will attribute it to COVID and will not see you. How are they going to check if you have an ear infection when your ear and head of said ear hurts?

Karen at the Makena office is amaaaaazing! At a very disheartening time she provided excellence in customer service, spending as much time as needed to get my mother and I urgently tested. Makes me want to bring my business here!
