Rancho Family Medical Group- Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I have been on hold since 8:10AM. After pressing 2 and 1- I am kept on hold for another 30 minutes just to get a recording that I been transferred to the employee acess lline. Seriously! Get it together!!!

Great service.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was attentive and they have a very clean waiting area. Our Doctor who attended to us was Daniel Nunez, he was very friendly to my 4 year old son and patient with him. He made sure to check and see if he had any other pain other then just his ear that he was complaining about and was very gentle and kind to him. We did not have to wait very long at all and were in and out quickly.

The staff is incompetent , oh we made a mistake , your treatment will only be delayed 2-3 weeks. Instead of trying to expedite the correction , you hear the overly used word SORRY !

This is not an “urgent care.” You still need an appointment. Same day appointments are never available. My kids are seen by this practice and they still turned us away. This is the second time, so my fault for trying again. Good luck getting them to answer their phones.

I have been a patient with the Rancho Family Medical Group for about 20 years. During this time, I have seen a number of different doctors, nurses, physician assistants as well as medical assistants for a variety of medical issues. Overall, I have found these medical providers to be very competent, professional and dedicated to patient care. They have provided much needed medical advice and support and made appropriate referrals to specialists when indicated. I would highly recommend RFMG to anyone seeking high quality medical care in Temecula.

I have been here many times. Daniel and Amber, two of the PAs, are excellent and very compassionate. My visit today left a lot to be desired.. I felt quite sick and was greeted by a very aggressive abrupt and frankly rude Receptionist. I would definitely recommend that people skills be shared with this young lady.

I called for an urgent care appointment and was told with my symptoms that I couldn’t come into the office. My symptoms were ear ache, sore throat, and a cough. I had a telephone appointment Tuesday evening and was prescribed an antibiotic and inhaler. After a couple days I woke up Thursday morning feeling worse my hearing was impaired and I had a hard time swallowing. I called Wednesday evening to tell them that the prescription didn’t seem to be working. But of course no one answered the phone. I left a message the recording said someone would call me back within 30 minutes it was approximately 6:30pm. No one called so I went to the office to be seen in person and have my ears examined. I was told that they had no more appointments for the day and was sent away, mind you no one was in the waiting area but the ladies behind the desk. So Thursday I tried again with the same results. This time the the person I spoke with said she had to ask the office manager if I could come in with my symptoms. I thought medical professionals weren’t supposed turn away people with an illness but I was wrong. After a long wait on hold the medical professional never came back to the phone. I ended up going to Inland Urgent Care Temecula. With the same symptoms and seen by a doctor. I was diagnosed with an infection in both my ears. I will never go to Rancho Family Medical Group. Being a medical professional refusing people treatment because of symptoms is like joining the military and not wanting to fight when the war breaks out. I wish I had their names so I could include them in this review. They all should be reprimanded for their failure to render aid to a person in need.

Everytime my spouse or I call ANY of the RFMG offices, we are on hold for 30+ minutes and then the system hangs up on us. This is the worst managed excuse for an office I've ever encountered. Of course, they will blame covid. BS! It's Oct '22 and covid is no longer an excuse. The CEO should be canned. I'm certain the CEO will deflect blame to a lower wage scapegoat. Don't waste your time with this outfit.
