This doctor is absolute trash. He flubbed my mom’s leg situation. The elderly at Trilogy golf community know about this guy’s reputation.
I met Dr. Kelly after I had a terrible fall on my shoulder and well, it looks like my shoulder was down my arm, I did not know what to do. Dr. Kelly was reassuring, concerned, and very informative about my options. I get very worried because I have a lot of bad medical conditions, he understood my needs and the care needed to take care of me. I am looking forward to my follow-up visit coming very soon.
Worst orthopedic office ever! They don't answer their phone and don't return phone calls. They also forgot to put in an authorization for a cortisone shot for over a week. I had to go over their heads to my medical provider to get the autorization for the shot! I do not recommend this office to anybody!!
Professional results from a professional Doctor. Thank you for all the help with knees and shoulders.

My husband was turned down repeatedly by Kaiser orthopedics for his total knee replacements because he did not fit in their "BMI box". No, he was not the perfect candidate, but he had recovered from a tib/fib fracture and ORIF without complications a couple of years ago and had a cardiologist clearance. Kaiser still said "no", even after he had fallen again and was in a wheelchair because his femur had been displaced on his tibia. After a consultation with Dr. Kelley, he said "we will help you", and they did! Two knee replacements within 6 months with full range of motion! This doctor and his staff not only changed my husband's life, but our whole family's life!
Went in to see Doctor Kelley and.... As usual everything was perfect. Front desk staff friendly, Doctor Kelley was awesome. He understands how to treat his patients. Thank you Doctor. Couldn't ask for better service.
Did shoulder surgery he didn’t fix the part of the shoulder that was messed up now a year and 4 months later it’s worse than it was before
Surgery on my husband was the wrong type and caused a lot more problems.
Dr Kelley never even looked at me when I’d come in for my appointment. He seemed like he was preoccupied and definitely has no bedside manner. He honestly did not seem interested in my situation. I tore the meniscus in my knee and had to wait five weeks before I could even get in to see him. Then I think I had to wait another three weeks before I had the surgery. It’s been a year and a half since my Surgery and my knee doesn’t seem like it’s ever healed because its still rather swollen and hurts and it just doesn’t seem like it should be that way after all this time. I have no interest in going back to see Dr. Kelley so I have an appointment with another orthopedic surgeon in Murrieta. Oh and once my surgery was over and I recovered from the anesthesia, he came in and it seems like he was in there for one minute and then left. About four days after I had the surgery, my wound started bleeding quite a bit so I called the office and talked to somebody and they didn’t seem to be too concerned. I did not feel cared for at all in that office by anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
