Seemed to be more interested looking at his personal phone vs my health concern. All he did was take my pulse and quickly looked at my issue. The assessment was to a bare minimum and didn’t offer any remedies or even an X-ray. Just because it looks visually fine doesn’t mean it is. I’m still in pain till this day.

Office staff in the front lounge area on initial visit was a turn off, wasn't very welcoming or friendly. This was my first time at this office and wasn't pleased from start to the end. Dr Tae Im, seemed to be more interested in looking at his phone vs my medical concern 80% of the time. All he did was take a quick look and my pulse, asked me a question that didn't pertain to my issue/visit that was addressed.Not even an X-Ray or anything else was initiated in regards to my issue. Just because it visually looks fine, doesn't mean it is. I'm still in pain.Mike P
