THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. 1ST I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND IT STILL TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR THEM TO SEE ME ON MY 1ST VISIT. I HAD TO RETURN A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AND WHILE I WAS IN THE EXAM ROOM WAITING TO SEE THE DOCTOR, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SHOWING MY BILL. THEY AUTOMATICALLY, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, HELD MY PAYMENT INFORMATION FROM MY FIST VISIT AND KEPT IT ON FILE, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I WENT TO FRONT DESK AFTER MY VISIT AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FACK THAT NOT ONLY DID THEY KEEP MY BILLING CARD ON FILE, THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I MADE THEM REMOVE MY BILLING INFORMATION FROM MY FILE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. VERY POORLY RUN

I recommend this with or without insurance. They can even give your prescription there so you don’t have to go to a pharmacy. I’m not the best pt but regardless they are patient with me.

AWFUL! Almost 5 hour here. My as well go to E.R. where they can do more with real MD DR. All are PA here. Days later not even any responses to email. Never again coming back here.

This is always our family’s go to when we can’t get an appointment with our doctor. The staff is very friendly and organized. The new checking is much easier now to do right from your phone. The wait was about an hour but considering the amount of people wanting to be seen, I thought this was good. Practitioner Phelps was very caring and helpful once I was seen. The rooms are cleaned after every patient leaves. The best hours to go I would recommend in the morning or really late at night. The weight was minimal maybe 15 minutes before I saw the doctor and I was out of there within the hour.
