I was excited to find TCIM after moving to Fallbrook from Carlsbad as I had high hopes for a practice that can balance medicine and self-care as preventative. However, my experience with Dr. Melynda Myers-Mallory was scary and disheartening. Her office failed to alert me of a suspicious mammogram result for months. I only found about it because of Temecula Imaging and thankfully for them, I went in to retest with an ultra sound and discovered everything was fine. When I emailed Dr. Myers-Mallory about the situation she emailed me back and told me that Temecula Imaging took a very long time to get them the results. Which was a LIE! A female doctor lying about someone's health especially as it relates to breast cancer. I was and still am flabbergasted. Temecula Imaging provided me with the transcripts showing that they had sent the results to the doctor the very same day of the mammogram. I reached out Dr. Myers again with my frustration but have heard nothing back.Would give zero stars if I could and definitely do NOT recommend.
I found out about TCIM from an Internet forum. A couple of people raved about it saying that they knew their stuff. I had my first appointment at TCIM yesterday and I was seriously blown away. Natalie was my provider and she was super thorough. Ive been through a rough year with the health care system and shes the first provider this year that has given me serious hope. This is saying a lot because Ive been to the ER many times and seen many providers. Natalie knew things that none of the others knew and thats no exaggeration. The office staff has helped me multiple times with the insurance wait list, with the paperwork, with making my appointments... super nice facility and people!
They listen, give options for treatments and focus on prevention. I feel like my doctor really hears me as much as they are allowed to. I am thankful for this group and the staff that works there.
I am a first timer here and I will definitely be returning. Jawan was the sweetest person Ive ever met. She made my experience so great! I will definitely be coming back here because she did amazing and made me feel very comfortable unlike other places I have gone. I would recommend her if you plan on coming here!
Unfortunately, I havent been able to get a treatment started or scheduled. All I wanted to do is schedule my IV treatments! not good service here. I had a phone interview with ERIK LUNDQUIST, MD He prescribed a regimen with IV treatments. He asked I call to schedule an appointment with his staff. Ive called about 4 times trying to get schedule for IV treatments. Till this day I still have not been able to schedule anything. Ive spoken with nurses and nurse practitioner and still havent been able to schedule anything. Theyve told me that they will call me back. Nothing no follow up or anything at all. How unfortunately since its near me and I was looking forward to getting some iv treatments done. Must continue my search and again pay to have another consultation with another facility!!! Very disappointed
My husband and I have been patients at TCIM for four years, and since then our whole family has followed suit. Dr. L and his team are responsible for an incredible improvement in our health. We knew we had been exposed to mold and that our health had declined, but didn't connect the dots. He and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Thanks TCIM!
I am so grateful I found this doctors office. I have been seeing Dr. Vellinga for regenerative medicine. TCIM really cares about their patients and what is best for them. This is the only doctors office I have been to where I was listened to and not dismissed. Dr. Vellinga spent an hour talking with me, investigating my condition, and answering all my questions. I had a PRP injection and the results were amazing, for the first time I am not in pain. Dr. Hazen and Dr. Tenckhoff are also amazing doctors who I am so grateful for. The receptionists have always been very helpful and pleasant in my experience. The wait times to get an appointment speak for themselves. I highly recommend TCIM.

Great staff
Theres some really great things at TCIM including the awesome doctors, but then theres some things like anywhere else that arent so great,Lets start with the Cons first!Cons: 1some (not all) of the staff can be a bit rude. It honestly depends upon who you talk to or get. For example some of the nurses are really awesome. While theres 1 or 2 whom are rude and gossipy and will literally talk about patients negatively right in front of them to other staff members. 2 the cancellation policy is understandable, but they should make some adjustments when it comes to those whom get something contagious like the flu, stomach virus, chicken pox, shingles. Their reason is that an iV will help them so that they should keep their appointment , but, the thing is in the IV room you have chronically ill patients that are susceptible to picking up others illnesses so these patients shouldnt be exposed to someone contagious. 3 patients in the iV room that chat on their phone, or keep volume loud on phone, tablet, or computer while working or texting and it can very irritating when you are trying to relax with an iV in your arm. The nurses tell some patients to keep it down, but allow others to be noisy or even chatty.Pros great locationNice offices Great practitioners and doctors Ivs are generally covered by insurance which is awesomeAnd dont get me wrong there are some very caring and great staff members. Its a large office , almost like a mini hospital so theres a lot of staff members. Cant judge them all the same! Front waiting area is comfortable The store is usually well stocked with great stuff!Lots of integrative and holistic therapies adjacent to western medicine! Id give 5 stars if the cancellation policy was revised along with a few staff members being more polite.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
