By far the best experience I’ve had with a primary care provider! I’ve been unfortunate from a health perspective in recent years so I’ve had to see several providers and in comparison Dr. Phelps and the rest of the staff are exceptional and truly refreshing! I will be recommending them to my family, friends, and to anyone that is in need of care and wants to be truly heard, supported, and is looking for a team that truly cares about your health and works to get you better as soon as possible.

I've been going to the Urgent care they are connected to for years. Super convenient compared to Kaiser. This was my first visit to the Primary section for a follow up appointment, and they are friendly and welcoming. The front desk girl Cielo was very friendly as well, I came in not really understanding what urgent care had me come over to them for and walked me through the process. Very patient. The doctor who treated my daughter, is very friendly, patient and really tried to communicate and make it enjoyable for my kid. Gave her a nice sticker at the end, even letting her choose which one. Highly recommend coming here for a Primary care doctor or Urgent Care visit.

I can't say enough great things about this group of people that run Temecula Family Medicine. From the first day, they've shown care, compassion and they continue to help me with my health issues. Thank you ALL so much for the continued care and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for quality health care.

I've recently restarted my medical health journey after several years of avoiding doctors due to medical gaslighting, insurance issues, etc. Finding Dr. Connie and Dr. Phelps has been a blessing. They are professional and arent just there to prescribe something for a particular ailments. They aim to find each patient quality of life and they take the time to listen and understand each patient and give them the respect and humanity they need, which makes a scary journey like getting medical help feel not as overwhelming through their reassurance. Also the nurses, especially Bethany (sp) have been kind, responsive and helpful. Plus their digital patient portal makes it easier to view medical records, test results, doctor recommendations all in one source. The practice is fresh, clean and organized, though small, which only concerns me since at how busy they'll be once more word gets out at how great this practice is!

I was seen by Dr Phelps and the front desk personnel (I’m sorry I forgot your name) and they helped answer a lot of questions and made me feel comfortable with the situation I’m going through where as the people I’ve had to deal with have made this situation much worse for my own well being by not helping with my situation. I wish I knew about this office sooner, it’s also very clean and well kept. Thank you front desk and Dr.Phelps

I've never felt more cared for at a doctors office! Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr.Phelps and Dr.Connie truly care about your wellbeing and take the time to discuss and investigate your concerns. I love that they are connected the 24hr urgent care so they can easily access my records if necessary. Online scheduling is a breeze. I recommend Temecula Family Medicine if you are looking to get friendly quality care.

I was moved by the great care I received from the receptionist to Dr Allen. He was so thorough with explaining his treatment plan and you can tell he really cares. I feel so lucky to be in such good hands. Temecula Family Medicine takes great care of its veterans and I’ll be sure refer anyone I know. A million thanks!

Temecula family medicine is the best healthcare I have received in a long time. As a veteran it's not something I'm accustomed to, it made me feel emotional to be receiving such great care from the receptionist's to Dr Allen. I would highly recommend this place to family and friend. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review so trust me this place is worth it. I feel lucky to be under Dr Allen's care.

Great 1 on 1 interaction. Very clean area. Cielo was very helpful and does so many things there and remains professional. This will be my new HCP.
