I saw Dr. Mansury for a shingles outbreak on my face, near my eyes. The entire staff was so compassionate and understanding. Dr. Mansury and his nurse made me feel so much better just by reassuring me that I was going to be okay.I have seen Dr. Mansury two times and have another followup next month. I was so pleased and relieved when I left, I felt that I had been listened to and cared for.
Visited urgent care with my daughter yesterday. Plenty of parking. They checked our temp at the entrance. Urgent care had maybe two other people in the waiting room area. The receptionist was friendly and we didn't have to wait long. Nurse was nice and doc was quick. Overall it was a very good experience and our pediatrician had all the labs and info from the visit this morning.
Dr. Furutan is the best! We have been seeing him for one year now. He's always on time, it's easy to get an appointment, and always answers all of our questions. We enjoy coming in to see him and his staff. Looking forward to our next appointment.
Kudos to Riverside Medical Clinic medical staff and volunteers! Getting our covid vaccinations were a breeze and RMC was organized and efficient. Thank you! We have always been happy with our doctors and services at Riverside Medical Clinic.
Can't book an appointment and nobody answers a single phone call. Absolute worst and need to find a pediatrician.
I went to the urgent care since this is closest to my home after falling and hitting my face. My mouth was bleeding and I knew that I would need stitches. There was no one inside except for two at the desk. After checking in and waiting for one half hour, I asked how much longer it was going to be before I would see a doctor. The girl at the desk stated that the doctors were busy with teleconferencing and it would be at least another 1-1/2 hours. She called other offices in the facility and there was no one available to see me, not even my primary. I thought this was an "urgent care" established for "emergencies" so as not to have to go to the hospital - especially with COVID being present. Why is this set up with only one doctor who isn't even there to help patients as they come in? This is unacceptable!I ended up going to Citrus Valley Urgent Care off Main Street on the other side of town from me. There was only one person ahead of me and everyone there was not only efficient but also very kind and caring. They said that there is almost always at least two doctors on duty at all times. Riverside Urgent Care, you have a lot to learn and I don't feel you even deserve one star!Your telephone service is horrendous! Waiting forever for someone to answer and then being cut off. Maybe you need more people to answer the phones??
So this mask that the medical field harps about is not good enough if you display a symptom of possible covid infection. Forget the fact that any symptom can be applied to a multitude of diagnoses. So by displaying a symptom the people that can help you refuse to see you in person, kick you to your car and talk with you on the phone. In my wifes case and I sure others this causes the doctor to not properly be able to diagnose what at the time was a simpler problem made very bad, possibly deadly by mis diagnoses caused by not actually seeing the patient. So we go back too if the mask is protecting everybody why would you not see your patients this putting them at serious risk. And then to compound matters nobody is allowed in the hospital to be with these sick folks who wake up scared and confused that could easily be remedied by a loved one being there who if wearing a mask and has no symptoms should pose a risk to nobody. I hold the medical field fully responsible for my wife being in the condition that she is right now but thankfully she is now in a place that will help her that being loma linda with serious infections and pneumonia
Worst place ever. I went in for UTI. I was put on antibiotic for 10 days. Found out 10th day they had me on antibiotic that the bacteria would not react to so they gave me a second antibiotic. NOW 20 DAYS ON ANTIBIOTIC. I go back a month later with kidney infection. I'm in great health never sick.. Now sick because of something they did. I told the doctor my symptoms pain in abdomen lower left back as well deep. He did blood work Cat Scan and urine analysis. He decides i am constipated and I told him no my bowel movements were normal. He tells me to take Miralax. So I go home pain still on kidney I can feel deep pain. I listen take miralax nothing happens still have pain. I message to doctor 3 days later in morning saying I am concerned still in pain miralax didn't do anything not constipated. He messages me back and says I have a UTI and kidney infection. Says he sent microbid to pharmacy. Mind you microbid treats UTI not kidney infection. I freak out go to URGENT CARE . I wanted second opinion why am I being prescribed meds for UTI when I know I dont have but do have kideny infection based on symptoms and he confirmed. The urgent care doctor in same building says let me get a culture (this was before I took the antibiotic (3rd antibiotic) says he will test if bacteria react to microbid and call Sunday. After being on for 3 days I call the doctor says stop taking. I go back to see Iwan Naoto he says my infection is gone . How is that possible when he did not take a culture after me taking the meds. The culture taken from him and the urgent care doctor were both taken prior to me taking the microbid. Friday I had Kidney infection and Monday I'm told I don't yet no culture taken. These doctors do not know what they are doing your better off going somewhere else. Still in pain have to start the process all.over again somewhere else and still in Pain. Horrible place
I was referred to an Obstetrician Dr Tustison. She was highly recommended and maybe perhaps she just didn't like me personally???. Started seeing her 4 months into my pregnancy. It was always hard to schedule appointments, the call center was also super frustrated doing the same. They could never reach anyone to schedule an appointment by phone. when I started passing out and vomiting around 7 months, I called her office. The call center had to send someone from another department to make someone answer the phone. Her MEDICAL ASSISTANT: (she kept trying to pass herself off as a nurse. I am a nurse, so this bothered me.) Asked me some questions and said she would get a message to the doctor and call me back. 48 hours later the medical assistant called back. Said I was probably anemic and to come in for blood work. I increased my iron and felt much better. I was not happy it took that long to get a response though. I have a history of premature birth with my first child, and when I felt the same symptoms around the same time I went into premature labor with my first, I was in pain and afraid and tried to reach her. Again, same problem, and even though it was an emergency my call wasn't being answered. After a few hours and the call center again sending a person from another department to her office and tell them they had to answer the phone, she finally answered her phone and sent me to a hospital with a Nicu. (Not the hospital I was scheduled to deliver at). I had treatment to stop my contractions before it went into premature labor. At the hospital they were insistent I make a follow up with Dr. Tustison for a more comprehensive plan to make sure I keep my second baby from being premature. Again, I called and no response. The call center was truly shocked. They AGAIN sent someone from another department to her offices inside the building to ask them to answer their phones. Still no response. I just drove there myself, with my one year old, still having intermittent contractions, and when I got to the desk the woman said there was an available appointment that day in 30 minutes. I waited... Dr Tustison had not a care for the fact that I was scared and no one would answer the phone. Passed it off saying they were busy. Then told me that there was absolutely nothing she could do for me. Not even bothering To list any of the things I am now currently doing to try and prevent premature labor: Drink plenty of water, rest often, take a Luke warm bath if I feel contractions coming on stronger or more consistently. This I got from google and the nurses at the hospital. So I told Dr Tustison that since she is so insistent she can not do anything for me I will stop trying to make appointments with her. It's interesting to me that with my son I had IEHP and received really good prenatal care. Now with having to pay for my healthcare out of pocket quite a bit for care, I receive none. I'm honestly not one to complain, but this was just awful. If you want an OB who cares for you and your baby, please pick another OB.
My experiences so far with the Temescal Valley team have been amazing. My primary Dr Fatima Gauhar has been the best primary I've had in a really long time. She is super personable and makes you feel like you've been her patient for ages. Dr Kimberly Tustison is my OB and she is also amazing and just very genuine. Also, the urgent care has been which each time I've went. Blood tests are quick and on time. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins for my appt.My insurance is changing next year and I'll have to pay the difference to keep my current insurance but it's definitely worth it to me with such great doctors.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
