Great staff
One of the best places in county
Never come to see Dr. Kimberly Tustison here, she doesn't care about her patient at all, not to mention you might be misdiagnosed by her...
Doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to all levels and offices. If you can try the Cafe the kitchen does a wonderful job.
Just want to say I went in on 04/19/21To urgent care @ 1:00 pm and I want to say I received immaculate service from all the staff, nurses & Doctors I appreciate all the hard work specially the professionalism and kindness all around.Thank you all for your genuine kindness!-Liz
When trying to set up a Dr. appointment for my husband, RMC makes it very difficult to get ahold of someone right away. It usually takes operators close to 20 minutes plus to get back to you. Today I had the operator call me back and she was very rude and short with me, I am the insurance holder so I tried to set up my husband for an appointment. She would not let me set an appointment for him, she said it needed to be him and get a hold of him, as i was she hung up on me . I tried calling back and it sent me back to the beginning. Update : 2nd call was faster and the second person I spoke to was super kind and helpful! I had no issues with her. I let her know what happened when I first called and she gave me the number to customer service. I am giving this a second chance because I grew up going to RMC, and I wanted my husband to enjoy his experience as I had growing up coming to RMC. I am giving the first operator a ZERO in stars but the second operator I spoke to more than made up for it.
I love Dr. Gauhar! Both my husband and I see her. She is an advocate for excellent care!
The staff and doctors here are amazing. Every time I went to the clinic or urgent care for treatment the wait is very short and the doctors actually listen to you. I normally do not write reviews, but the service I have received on a number of occasions has more than exceeded my expectations
I went to the riverside medical clinic Temescal valley urgent care with symptoms of covid 19 On the 16th nov and was immediately asked to go out and stay in the car . Fine with that as I understand That they need to ensure I am negative first before they accept me . Then after a while the doctor calls me to have a virtual conversation and she was not pleasant at all . Her name was doctor Anupam kumar. Then she tellMe that a nurse will come to take the test for viral Infection and. If it is negative then they will give me an appointment for the covid .first I don’t understand why it has to be negative to take the covid test . The nurse comes to the car with the test kits and they are just kept in her hand and not even in a tray . The test was taken and the test swab was then kept on top of the car till he took the next test . How unprofessional . Outside the temperature was hot and my car outside was hot too ! How can a result be taken correctly ? Anyway half hour later the test was given as negativeTill today not called In for covid test ... three days past . Within these three days I could have passed covid to anyone who is in contact me .I went to UCLA clinic and took the test the next day and the results came within 24 hours as positive . This urgent care is no use .
The attention given to patients is great. Staff works very hard to make you feel comfortable in your time of discomfort. They are respectful of your privacy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
