Jayne Zhang has been my general partitioner for years. She is always attentive and professional. Staff are courtious. She treats patients with most caring and compassion. If you have any medical concern,she will response or seek any actions need to be taken.I suggest her to my family and friends, they are satisfied as well. As you are looking for a great health provider, I highly recommend Jayne Zhang.Thanks Jayne for taking care all my family's health,the best I have ever known.

If your looking for a caring and attentive family doctor. Look no further... Jayne Zhang the nurse practioner is well knowledge and will take care of anything that is concerning you. She went above and beyond to find out what I was experiencing and concerned about. She asked for pictures/symptoms and I felt the urgency and care from her. Which everyone needs during a concerning time.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Literally the worst office staff I have ever encountered. All they care is Money !!!

Don't ever go there. Nurse practitioner, Tanya and also staffs, Cindy, Bronica, Mabeline are liers. When I had questions to ask Tanya last Wed. I called the office. Cindy told me Tanya would call me next day. She didn't. When I called Friday, Bronica told me Tanya would call me today. When I asked what time, she she she would call Monday for sure. She didn't call me Mon, today. When I called today, Mabeline picked up the phone. She said Tanya would call me today, she wouldn't give me the time also. It was almost end of office hours. When I called again, she told me I didn't schedule what time I wanted to talk to her she couldn't call me. I asked so many times what time. They shouldn't be working there. They play wicked games with people. No respect.

I have been coming to Dr chi's office for about a year now, the staff is amazing! Jayne Zhang the Nurse practitioner has been the most caring & compassionate health care provider I have ever had. She goes above and beyond to take great care of her patients.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All patients are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They do not allow pets in their establishment.Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is non existent. You will have to park on the street. However, I discovered a public parking lot right next to their establishment. Just park there or park on the street. Staff: The office is very clean, neat, and tidy. The staff here are very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and JERKS. While waiting in the waiting room, you can actually hear the doctor chastise his patients. Red flag #1. Then, while I was waiting in the waiting room, someone came in and asked the doctor to sign some documents. The doctor came out and demanded that the patient pay him first before signing anything. Red flag #2. This doctor is hella money hungry and doesn't give a single flying f*** about his patients. How the hell did he make it as a doctor?!?! Finally, when it was my turn, the doctor only saw me for 7 minutes. He brushed off all of my concerns as me "over thinking" things and ushered me out the door. What an a**hat. Red flag #3. Never coming back again. Also, his receptionist is very impatient and aggressive. Has a fricken sassy AF attitude and tone. Red flag #4. AVOID THIS PLACE! They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Dr Chi took time to carefully answer my questions and gave me assurance by his demeanor that my healthcare is important. This is rare in 2021 to have healthcare professionals who treat each patient individually as important..

The staff is great. They help you with everything they can. Very professional. Dr Chi is a great Doctor.

Terrible doctor . He has a bad attitude and temper . He doesn't care to listen to your health concerns . He dismisses what your feel or think might be a health issue . He tries to belittle your health . He only cares to charge your insurance and be quick about your visit .he spent most of the visit talking about other patients violating HIPPA . I went in and he was dismissive about all my health concerns and automatically switched providers. My new provider has now diagnosed me . The staff is great but this doctor seems miserable. Should not be a health professional. Find someone else .
