The office staff are the most rude staff I have ever dealt with! They make you feel like you're a huge bother! I highly recommend "not" going to this Dr.

I would NEVER recommend her. I went to her with horrible pain & fever. She was going to send me home with a prescription for pain and said to go get a blood test. My husband told her, he was taking me to the hospital, in which she said fine. I was admitted with diverticulosis and had emergency surgery within minutes of entering the hospital. They had told me that if I had gone home, as was told by her, I may have died. NOT ONCE, did I receive a call of concern from her office. I had been going to her since she had opened her office. This was in 2018 but felt the need to let people know of my experience. I’m not one to write things like this but felt I needed to.

Dr F can seem uninterested, a bit dismissive. I'm ok w/being straightforward and not "touchy-feely" but more empathy would help. Didn't see her smile once, not overly friendly and I *definitely* feel like I'm bothering her or her staff if/when something comes up.

I would never ever recommend this place. The first time I called the front desk lady who answers the phone (when they actually answer them, which is rare) is beyond rude. They make you feel as if your a burden. I had to emergency cancel one appointment due to sickness and they could care less. They didn’t want to reschedule me at all. I went to the ER and they tried to make me and appointment with her and she still won’t even accept me. For one emergency missed appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and for the front desk lady to not care, to not ever call back after leaving multiple messages for Alisha is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. Does this doctor even care? Alisha is the front desk lady I wouldn’t recommend her either. They make you feel terrible let alone the attitudes you have to deal with. I’m absolutely fed up with this place. I will be sharing my experience with this place with friends and family I hope no one goes to her. Absolutely uncalled for and disgusting a doctor could treat anyone this way.

I don’t recommend Dr Faith Frankel. My husband and I were very sick and Dr Frankel and her staff were very uncaring and not helpful. They make you feel like you are bothering them and they don’t have time for you!

I do not recommend Dr Frankel. My husband and I were very sick. It was extremely disappointing how were were treated. They were uncaring and unhelpful! We felt like we were bothering them when we would ask for care! Her staff is not great either!

Dr. Frankel is a nice enough lady and it seems she listens to concerns and is interested in having a dialogue with you. However, she did not practice county guidelines during a global pandemic for mask requirements ( zero people in the office were masked ) nor did she provide any real detail to explain lab results other than 'everything is normal' despite several readings being not normal...

We have always felt comfortable with Dr. Frankel and her staff. We get in on a timely basis and any issues are handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. All good.
