I have a new incredible doctor and I look forward to getting healthier. He is 100 awesome.

I was assigned Dr Lebens as my primary care doctor through my insurance. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was very short with me and said I need to be approved by Dr Lebens prior to an appointment. I gave her my information and was told they'd get back to me within a week.... almost a month later and no response.

I'm new to the area and called to ask about becoming a new patient. The woman on the phone first said that the doctor isn't taking new patients, but then asked what prompted me to call. Stange, I thought but ok. I explained and was then told that shed pass the note to the doctor and he'd review it. I asked how long I should wait...she said a week and that if he felt he could fit me in they'd give me a call. I'll just sit here then and wait. Thanks for your help.

My daughter called office three times to try and get an appointment. Every time she was told they were not accepting new patients even though we were assigned their office via our insurance company and receptionist kept telling her they would check with the doctor and call her back. A return phone call was never made. Very disappointed at lack of courteousness.

Dr. Lebens is wonderful. He truly cares about his patients and is everything you could want in a doctor. He's always been kind, understanding, and thorough -- even when I thought my problems were trivial, he'd go out of his way to help me feel 100%.I wish I could say the same thing about his office assistant. Every time I call, I'm disappointed that the person on the other end of the phone doesn't care about working with me, my schedule, my insurance, or my limitations. Worse, it feels like she is personally inconvenienced by each patient. She is an absolute day-ruiner. I've stayed on with Dr. Lebens for years because he's truly the best primary care physician I've ever had. Unfortunately, getting past his dragon of a gatekeeper has become a chore and I'm not sure I have the will to keep trying to fight her in order to see him.I've spoken with other patients who have had the same experience with the receptionist, so I know it's not just me.

Dr. Lebens is booked thru January 2019. That's how very good he is! I had my annual recently and saw P.A. Linda. Fantastic visit. As a guy, I'm not much for being seen by a woman Dr./PA as I'm quite modest, but I will say that Linda was absolutely WONDERFUL! Very professional. But beyond her professionalism, it was as if I were speaking to a good friend. I was very comfortable. Linda was truly kind and answered all of my questions in terms that I, a layman, could understand. Thank you Linda!

Dr. Lebens is a wonderful family practice Dr. He is kind and is never in a hurry. My husband and I are very grateful we found him!! Janet Talbert

Dr. Lebens and Linda Vasquez are wonderful. They both take the time to listen to you and treat you. They never make you feel rushed. They're staff is great too. Always make you at ease when you come in.

My entire family sees Dr Lebens and his PAC Linda Vasquez we could not be happier ... and Jackie , Fabiola, and the rest of his office staff are awesome also ..
