Roman Bukachevsky's Online Review Report Card

Great first time visit. Staff was very helpful, friendly and on-time. The doc explained the various issues along with the "cures" for my ENT ailments. This visit was well-worth the drive from SLO up to Templeton ---along with the outstanding scenery along the way!

I had reconstructive surgery after extensive Mohs surgery. The results were outstanding. Friends can't tell where the graft is. Dr. Bukachevsky's staff reflects his personality and professionalism. I feel the staff is a very important part of any medical office and everyone was friendly, proficient, and had interpersonal skills that are just amazing.

21 years ago my wife was dying. The hospital across the street refused to admit her TWICE. Dr. Bukachevsky examined her - she was toxic and was going into shock, dying - and asked what I wanted him to do. I said "could you just take command". Boy did he. 30 min later she was in the hosp - almost died but made it. She is alive today because of him. I am forever grateful.

My oldest son has had allergies extremely bad. So called around found Dr. Butchasky. The front desk lady said yes he is an allergist we scheduled the appointment paid $150 doctor visit, come to find out when we got there he is not an allergist! And was unable to do anything for us. As we were leaving they mention they do ear cleanings on Tuesdays my middle son and I surf 5 to 6 days a week. Water gets trapped in our ears. We again scheduled an appointment paid the 150 doctor visit her. Doctor came in put the air lights in and said you’re clear there’s nothing He could do. Then looked at my sons and said the same. I have never felt so unsatisfied from a doctor. At 39 years old I have had perfect hearing until recently this last year when water keeps getting trapped in my ear and now my hearing is fading. The last thing you want to hear as that it’s nothing you can do. My son is 12 and should not be feeling pain from water being trapped! I definitely do NOT recommend this Dr.

I am happy with the quality of the service and the attitude of the office staff. I feel comfortable there. I recommend this office to anyone who needs to self-care (which is everyone).

Dr. B is a skilled surgeon and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease during what could be a stressful time. I appreciate him greatly when I've had various procedures that I would only want him to perform. I am always so pleased with the results I get. I know I'm in the best hands! His entire staff is wonderful including his wife Anne, and nurses Elle & Elena! They are so considerate and always answer all of my questions quickly. And Stephanie always make me feel so welcome and supported as does Catalina who answers the phone. I would refer anyone to him for any of the procedures he performs. Dr. B is also highly skilled at removing skin cancers. He has helped out several family members with skin/throat/face cancers & a neighbor as well. I feel so blessed to know him. Thank you Dr. B for making my life easier and those I care about!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in after years of inner ear problems, headaches, post nasal drip problems and more. This Dr. blew me off totally. He looked in my ears and nose for about 5 seconds and said I had allergies and go see a allergist and a neurosurgeon for headaches. I also had a referral I showed him for a nasal endoscopy which he said "oh I looked into your nose and it's fine". We don't need to do that , even though I've been getting sinus infections which he knew about. I knew I was in trouble when waiting for him and all I saw was Plastic surgery literature. I had allergy blood work after my appt, results, no allergies and then went to another ENT DR. I had a total exam, including my nasal endoscopy which showed a chronic sinus infection that I've probably had for years he said. He went over my cat scan of prior sinus infection, didn't rush me. Put me on antibiotics for 3 weeks, then I was to get another cat scan after done with antibiotics, along with two other over the counter medications to help my problem. Dr. Bukachevsky was a waste of my time and the one star was for the MA that checked me in. Don't waste your time Dr. responding to this as you have no recourse to defend yourself

Dr Bukachevsky has made me look better in my 50s than I did in my late 40s. I absolutely trust his expertise with his anti aging products

Dr. Bukachevsky seemed to be immune to the facts of my case. Any details that did not fit his preconceived determination were summarily ignored. Once he determined I was not a candidate for surgery he could not get me out of his office quickly enough. It has been many years since I have encountered this level of arrogance.
