Horrible office staff. While I have yet to be seen by her, their office staff has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I’m so disappointed in them. Won’t return phone calls. Appointments are months out. Defeats the purpose of having a primary doctor.

Dr. Taylor is kind, courteous and listens well. Her style encompasses a good grasp of many methods of treatment and is open to treating with the least invasive treatments.

Has been terrible to get in to see the doctor. Went to the ER and am supposed to be seen by my primary within a week. Informed them and asked I was asked if I had stayed the night or not at the ER. Terrible. Stated they would call back and have not received a call since.

A little over 2 years ago I went in to Dr. Tiffany Taylor's office to get a routine allergy shot unfortunately Do to her negligence I was injected with something completely different.

I have also had trouble getting through and messages are usually not returned and requests not acknowledged whether message is left with a live person on on a machine. I do like Dr. Taylor, but the office does not seem well run.

She is not only a v competent doctor, but an amazing, caring individual. I feel v fortunate to have found her as our family doctor.

Although the wait can be a bit on the long side and it's impossible to get them on the phone, I find Dr Taylor to be relaxed, knowledgeable, patient, and non-judgmental. It's incredibly difficult to find good primary care on the central coast, so I feel lucky to have landed into Dr. Taylor's care.

I left my first appointment with Dr. Taylor excited and upbeat. However, when I called to make an appointment for follow-up care I was advised it would be at least 8 weeks out. I was also told that the other Doctor in the practice would not see her patients and that the Nurse Practitioner was unavailable for two to three weeks... What is the point of having a doctor if they refer you to Med-Post???
