Saw Dr Bui three weeks ago and was very impressed by his knowledge . Furthermore his office staff is literally a dream team - so well organized and on top of paperwork like a good medical office should be.

This review is also for Dr. Bui (and his nurse) who shares and office with Dr. Mintz. Dr. Bui is a very nice person, very professional. I came in to treat a varicose vein and was extremely disappointed that he ultimately closed the wrong one and I must go though the same procedure to get it right. While the procedure was painful and stressful, Dr. Bui and his nurse were initially great. However, his nurse and the front desk staff were extremely rude when I came back for my next appointment. Dr. Bui had "urgent" appointments in the morning that caused a delay... A TWO hour delay! After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, I asked how much longer he would be, the front desk person said maybe 10 minutes... Another 30 passed and I told her I couldn't wait any longer. Dr. Bui's nurse who was in the operating room with me, argued with me, rolled her eyes and was short with me when I said I would need to reschedule. I felt like I was doing something wrong! I waited a total of 1.5 hours before I left. Dr. Bui called me 40 minutes later to apologize and said they should have let me know about the delay and given me the option to reschedule right away. While he was extremely professional in his apology, the entire process with him and his office was a total waste of time, energy and money.

Extremely painful procedure. Insufficient anesthesia. Surgery was much more severe than Dr or staff described. Rude staff and unhelpful nurse. I have had numerous surgeries in the past-- never like this. Since the experience, have encountered several acquaintances who also had bad experiences with Dr Mintz.

I saw DR. TRUNG BUI today who shares an office with Dr. Mintz. GREAT appointment! Previously I had been to see a Dr. Skillern at West Coast Vascular, which, sadly, was a terrible disappointment...so I found Dr. Bui. Dr. Bui was nice, kind, professional, explained things thoroughly and listened to my concerns. I was seen within 15-20 minutes of arriving, the staff was organized and efficient. What a HUGE difference from Dr. Skillern's office!!! I found a great doctor and office!!!

Dr. Mintz saved our son's leg after he severed his artery during a football game. He's a brilliant man and we will forever be grateful.

The office is small, old, cramped, not well ventilated and not well kept up so I was surprised that I really like the doctor. He really knew his stuff and spent a lot of time with me. I also very much liked his staff, some of whom have been there for decade. I would change drs in a heartbeat but I really think I will get care there as good or better than anywhere else. You are treated like a person and not a number.

My mother & I both saw Dr. Mintz for initial consultations re. vascular issues. We were both very impressed with Dr. Mintz & his office staff. Dr. Mintz was kind, caring, listened well , answered all of our questions, & did a great job explaining our medical issues. We were very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, & excellent bedside manner. The very nice nurse Michelle & the office manager were conscientious, warm, & friendly. We were very pleased with our visit with Dr. Mintz & his staff.
