DR. SIMONI IS THE RUDEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN. Not only did it take over an hour to be seen, once she came in, I got no introduction of who she was. She rushed through my, "screening," and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with the few places of concern, I had. To the point that I didn't even get to address a couple things, because I just wanted to leave. I'm sitting there in a hospital gown, already extremely vulnerable, and her attitude just made my soul cringe. Although her bedside manner was TRASH, her assistant was AMAZING. She seemed totally embarrassed by the lack of compassion and professionalism, from Dr.Simomi. AVIOD THIS DOCTOR, unless you want to feel worse than you did going in!

I came for the laser treatment on my neck. Dr.Simoni after looking at my neck suggested another procedure that will be more efficient and not invasive. She spent 3 min with me and proceeded with her instrument without even cleaning my skin first. That was it. The procedure did not work at all and in addition I got 2 scars on my neck. I called the office to either give me a refund or to fix it, but dr. Simone declined both options. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Seems like a money making machine rather than a patient care.

I saw Dr. Simoni for the first time at her new location. I did laser today with her. She was so sweet gentle and listened to my concerns. She made me feel so comfortable since this was my first treatment. Went over what to expect before and after. She also went over skin care and what will be the best for me. She was really wonderful felt very comfortable with her. Great bedside manner is important to me and she has it. Very happy I booked my appointment with her.
