Horrible man and doctor, I was crying from his direct rudeness towards me, I just showed up for my appointment. I'm a little traumatized still because of him all I did was show up for my appointment his assistant with him just looked at me she had tears in her eyes not understanding either, he's simply a horrible doctor and man

I have seen Dr . Grossman in 2 occasions. After an MRI showed a 12 cm disc bulge , it was more than likely I would need surgery. 3 months later I returned for s follow up . Dr .Grossman answered my questions. The problem I had was with his staff Claudia . I called several times to check the status of my injection and PT . She did not return my call . Finally when I tracked her down , about the authorization status . She said " that's not my job ". Even though it's still in the same office. It's disappointing to have to get the run around when you are sick and In pain .

I have had several surgeries with Dr. Grossman as my surgeon. He has always been very thorough explaining my procedures to me. He takes his time to answer my questions, and my surgeries have all been successful. I totally trust Dr. Grossman and his staff.
