Dr Christopher Costanzo double billed and double collected for my procedure and then refused to refund me the over payment of more than $4000.00. His off mgr christina told me I had to pay in full for my procedure before it's done, and that they do not bill insurance at all. I paid cash in full ahead of time. The night before my procedure they called me and told me to bring my insurance card so they can give my info to the pathologist so he can bill for his pathology tissue exam. But christina the ofc mgr went ahead and billed my insurance fir my entire surgery after already collecting payment from me in full ahead of time. Then she pretended she didnt know she did that, and she didnt know they had collected from my blue cross. She finally admitted they owed me a refund but then refused to give it to me and then they went out of business. Christina and Dr Christopher Costanzo are flat out crooks. I'm so sorry i ever went to such a pig. I knew he was rude and egotistical and nasty to his front office girl, but I never knew he would steal my money. He is a scum bag.

Dr.Costanzo did a fabulous job with his work for me. I look natural and youthful. His office staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend him.

I had a breast reduction, lift, and augmentation with Dr Costanzo who originally seemed very nice but eventually came to be extremely dismissive and didn't seem to listen to anything I had to say or address my concerns. The suturing was AWEFUL which resulted in unnecessary scarring! One nipple is much larger than the other. He's barely spends anytime with you addressing concerns. When I requested to see my pre op photo for a comparison they couldn't even find it......he says he stresses kindness with his staff but doesn't abide by it himself. My augmentation didn't come out horrible but the customer service and physician patient relationship is terrible and then my mother in law went to him earlier this year and got completely botched!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!Then....in his comments says my review is fake and he can't find my records, that's a great comment when I had previously stated they couldn't find my initial photo, just goes to show the inaccuracies of his record keeping or his lack of care for how his work comes out.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Costanzo many, many years ago. He was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever spoken with. At one point he looked at me and laughed and made a terribly rude comment. After stumbling upon his yelp profile and seeing by the reviews that clearly nothing has changed, I feel the need to leave this review. I've never forgotten how hurtful his comment was and the fact that he laughed at my body. Take your business elsewhere!

Ever since I had my first son I've wanted to get my breasts done, that was 24 years and 3 sons later. I've had a couple other consultations in the past but it's just never been the right timing. This year I finally took the plunge to have the augmentation that Ive been waiting so long to have. My husband did research on Dr. Costanzo and we were both impressed with what we read. I came in for the consultation and was pleased with his recommendations. I scheduled surgery and was scared but very excited too. I gave the doctor a picture and asked that he make my breasts look like the picture, he absolutely did! They look better than the picture, I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor and staff are great! I'm so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Costanzo and I would gladly recommend him to anyone wanting to look their best.

A wonderful doctor and staff. Dr. Costanzo is very clear in his explanations for each procedure. He has years of experience and will let you know what is appropriate for you.

Horrible results with this doctors works. My boobs are as hard as rocks, my nipple NEVER gets hard, my cleavage is ugly, side boob ugly and flabby, and no bikini top looks good or even fits properly.Dr never took an after picture of me leaving me to believe he never wanted to see how they came out and took 12,000 dollars from me. You'd think that after that much cash he'd want to see the end results but he knew they looked look crap.Can't wear anything low cut because the top of my cleavage so fake I'd be so embarrassed for anyone to see it. They're so hard I can't even use them while having sex.. Can't feel anything, my nipple is numb, doesn't ever get hard and nothing feels good. So I just spent 12 grand for boobs that don't even workWorst results from a doctor that could care less about afterwards just give him the $. He deserves zero stars

If you’re thinking about getting any sort of cosmetic procedure I highly recommend you call and schedule a consultation with Dr Costanzo. I went in 5 years ago for a consultation but did not commit at the time. I went in about a month ago for another consultation and committed to the surgery this time around.
