My son broke his fibula 2 wks ago due to the Injury he need it a pre-op for a surgery and when the hospital call me it was Friday night and his surgery was on Wednesday, I called several urgent cares around my area but they would not accept other doctors orders, so I decided to go to Exer on Sunday at 4:30pm. Nuvia the receptionist help me with all the paperwork and the nurses and the Doctor were great!! Thanks to the nurses and the Doctor I was leaving the urgent care by 5:47pm with results on hand except the blood work which they will fax on Monday morning. Sarahi Martinez

Excellent front office and care. The check in was superb. The medical team was attentive and thoughtful. My Rx was called in and I picked it up from the pharmacy on my way home. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious waiting room. It allows patients to maintain safe distance. My rating actually would have been 5 stars if it was not for the long wait which was a tad over 3 hours. I appreciate the fact they told me the wait time so I can plan accordingly. Still, it is too much time to wait when one is ill.

Everyone was great from the front desk attendant, to the Doctor and nurse. Very clean and professional. I felt the Doctor took extra steps to help me and the nurse was very nice with a gentle touch. Thank you

Very pleased with the care I got at Exer Urgent Care. I had a really bad rash which is unusual for me and Kaiser had no workable urgent care hours. I took a chance and I'm grateful that I did. Exer was easy to find, had easy parking, they were uncrowded (on a Sunday afternoon), the waiting room was calm and well-airconditioned. The staff were friendly and helpful. I waited 10-15 minutes and then was called in. The nurse took my bp and then the doctor saw me right away. He was friendly and listened when I described my issues. Got a prescription for an antibiotic and took it for 7 days, clearing up the rash which was actually a skin infection. Very positive experience - i wish all healthcare could be as efficient, available and low stress. Thanks, Exer!

Best Urgent Care around. There are at least three urgent care's between my house and this office but this is the only one I go to and trust.It's clean the staff is professional and the nurses and doctors make you feel like they actually care. I would definitely recommend this place.
