Doctors, Physical Assistants, Nurses and support Staff. This organization is a caring, efficient and professional machine, without making you feel rushed or just another number. You would be hard pressed to find another group that works as seamlessly and still make you feel that you are their only patient. Dr Greg Hartmann and all the other Doctors at Ventura Orthopedic Group are worthy of your time and trust. Highly Recommended!

I saw Dr. Hartman for a recent injury to my left shoulder. Dr Hartman was friendly and explained my injury so it made sense to me. I felt like Dr. Hartman cared about my recovery. Thank you Dr. Hartman!

I think some of these reviews receptionists are getting paid to do. Dr. Hartman was okay nothing to brag about. His female assistant who comes in with him needs to be addressed. She is either Armenian or Persian. Tall, hairy and fat. She has a bad attitude and stares at you inappropriately. The doctor does not spend enough time and its about the money with this company.

Doctor Hartman was very thorough and was excellent throughout the treatment of my hip. From diagnostics, physical therapy and eventually surgery, he was always available to answer questions or concerns and has an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking treatment for their orthopedic issues.

Follow up visit from a complicated elbow surgery. Dr Hartman and his staff were pleasant as always. I am so happy to have the full use of my left arm (elbow) once again. Communication was precise and clear. It’s nice to know that I can count on VO and Dr Hartman for many of my surgical needs.

This was my first interaction withith Dr. Hartman and the Venthra Orthopedics office. Dr. Hartman inserted me in his schedule the same day despite not having an open appointment for over a week once he was told I was trying to see him due to a knee injury. After j arrived, I waited less than 30 min in total to be fit in. The staff was highly efficient in getting me X-rayed, and Dr. Hartman saw me immediately after. He was personable, pleasant, and professional. His exam was thorough, and his questions on point, exploring the circumstances behind the injury, as well as going over any history of the knee. He even took the time to discuss an unrelated but relevant issue in my other knee. Once he diagnosed the condition, he clearly explained the available options, made his recommendation, but offered me the final choice. I was thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hartman.
