List of Jaesung Lee's Reviews
Excellent. Dr. Lee spent significant time examining my issues, explaining and reviewing findings as well as next steps including what to expect during recovery. He clearly listened to and answered all my questions.
Dr. Lee is friendly and knows immediately what the problem after describing your symptoms. I highly recommend him. Thanks Dr. Lee!
Dr. Lee gave me my voice back after I suffered nerve damage that paralyzed my vocal cord during emergency heart surgery. I found him to be patient and willing to explain things in detail.
Avoid this so called "doctor" at all costs. He is condescending, doesn't let you finish a sentence, terribe bedside manner and will keep you waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. He took a nasal sample roughly and incorrectly.
He is the worst. Do whatever you can to avoid this man!!! Lacks skill, compassion and knowledge. I'm wondering what school he attended or if he did!
Dr. Lee performed my outpatient surgery yesterday @ St. John's Camarillo with little complications. He's a very cautious doctor , understood my complicated nerve condition & used the utmost care in my procedure . no post complications and Dr Lee's bedside manner is consistent in his office & hospital setting . It's good . He's concise to the point and I've always felt fully informed after office visits & now post surgical . I highly recommend Dr Jaesung Lee ENT for all ear, nose or throat health care .
I started seeing Dr. Lee about a dozen years ago when I inexplicably developed allergies. Prior to that time, I'd never had to deal with that kind of health challenge. Dr. Lee guided me through tests and recommendations to effect some relief from the extreme congestion, itchy and watery eyes, and all other symptoms. I recall him on the phone, advocating for the need for a CT scan of my head. He was the trained medical professional, having to explain to an insurance company paper pusher that my symptoms warranted that kind of test. He did this so that he could properly diagnose my condition, and so that I could have insurance pay for it, instead of trying to come up with the charge myself. They have the diagnostic machine right in their T.O. office, which was convenient. The scan did help determine what was happening, and a treatment program ensued. Fortunately, after a few years, the acute allergies subsided. I hadn't been back to Dr. Lee for about five years, but needed a medical intervention last week. Dr. Jaesung Lee was out of town, but the practice got me in to see his associate, Dr. Joseph Lee the same day I called.Am grateful for the quick turnaround, and was glad to see that the practice carries on as before. Dear Hubby is a recurring patient of the original Dr. Lee's, also. I highly recommend Dr. Jaesung Lee, should you find yourself in need of an ENT specialist.
Couldn't get into the ENT I saw the first time, so I was referred to Dr. Lee instead, who had a same-day opening. It was near the end of the day, and I overheard Dr. Lee complaining to the scheduler about having to see me at all. He clearly was mentally checked out for the day and wanted to go home. He came into the office, and I was trying to explain to him the bad reaction I had to the Nexium I had been prescribed by the other doctor. He had little to say about it other than, "If you don't like the medication, stop taking it." Then he told me that my symptoms were all in my head, despite not examining me at all. I told him to check the notes from the previous doctor, who had indeed seen redness in my throat. Dr. Lee very reluctantly admitted, "Okay, maybe a little redness, but I still think this is just all anxiety." Totally useless visit. All he wanted to do was convince me that nothing was wrong, without examining me at all, and go home for the day. Never going back to this guy, and I suggest you don't either. Note another review up here with a similar experience!
I was struggling with ENT issues for years. One visit changed my life to feeling healthier, with less sinus pain. Thank You Dr. Lee Jaesung and staff!
It doesn't matter when you schedule the appointment he will always be 45-60 minutes late. I have scheduled the first appt. of the day, 45 minutes late. For my surgery, 60-90 minutes late. Afternoon appt. 75 minutes late. ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES. As for my breathing problem it has only marginally improved. The left side of my nose has improved but the right has been worse. I will give it more time as he is claiming it is due to scar tissue.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
