I've tried to make an appointment multiple times by phone and submitting online requests through the website, but no one has followed up over a period of multiple weeks. If the office is still open there's obviously some sort of communication issue that isn't worth the headache.

Had a long wait and then she was in a rush, removed something from my leg, didn't even bandage it & I had to call the office after to find out how to care for it. Have a HUGH scar there ! looks terrible!

I have been going to Dr. Mitchell for years. She is fantastic. After consulting with many other dermatology docs - Dr Mitchell figured out the correct treatment for me. She's best in class!

I had a suspicious area on my left check. I did not have a dermatologist so I did some research and I asked those who have consistently given me sound advice. Feeling confident I had made the right decision I called Dr. Michell's office to make an appointment. While walking into the office I was impressed. First Class it is. There are four doctors at the Conejo Dermatology Group. Each has his/her own front desk person who is responsible for administrative chores regarding their respective doctor. Dr. Michell's front desk person is outstanding. I would assume the others are as well.This entire office is very well organized.On visual exam Dr. Mitchell agreed that the suspect area needed to be biopsied. The pathology report was such that excision was indicated.This when Dr. Mitchell really "shined". She was excellent. The local anesthetic was administered with no discomfort. Being a retired dentist with 30 years experience I learned that the key to administering painless injections is to truly care about minimizing the discomfort the patient feels. Dr. Mitchell does cares and her technique is outstanding.The biopsy confirmed her clinical evaluation. I returned and she did a surgical excision using the Mohs' method. Again, no discomfort and the lesion was successfully removed. There were no complications. No post surgical pain, and most importantly the post surgical pathology reports revealed no sign of cancer.I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and the Conejo Dermatology Group.Dr. Hayden B. Driscoll

I've been seeing Jeanette Mitchell for about five years now. She helped identify a serious skin condition at stage 0.... and has been my dermatologist helping me with my skin care which is not an option because of my moles. she is a very very very good at what she does. I recommend her to anyone who asks me about a good dermatologist.

Dr. Mitchell is the best dermatologist. She through, kind, professional never have to wait long makes you feel like family. She has the best touch never really hurts. Been coming to her for years. The staff is exceptional!
