Bright doctor with top dr pt relationship
Overcharged by this doctor and had my complaints dismissed with sarcasm. I do not recommend this doctor.
Very racist and rude staff. Had ringing ears and the staff did not help. Drove 2 hours and Jessica did not help. People of color were not taken care of. This staff is very racist. They also did not care that the person coming to them was in the ER many times. They are horrible people.
My first visit as a new patient; Dr. Feinfield spent all of 10 minutes with me, and cleared out a wax build up that was needed in just one ear. For that visit, I was billed $339=, of which left a balance of $34.86 after my insurance payment and contract adjustment. He refused to waive the $34.86 balance. No "Warm & Fuzzies" experienced from him or his staff. I do not plan to ever come back!
Beware. I saw Dr. Feinfeld for a simple ear infection and he negligently left a sponge in my ear for over a month, despite my complaints. He put medicine-applied sponges deep inside my ear canal, which was uncomfortable but manageable since it was only meant for one week. He "removed" the sponges and sent me on my way, regardless of my complaints that the feeling of fullness in my ear didn't stop. Rather than taking 15 seconds to double check my ear, or to simply count the number of sponges removed versus how many he placed inside, he simply said to "Come back again", which would've meant I owed him yet another round of payment. Now, after over a month of an extremely irritable sense of fullness in my ear, I was able to pull the forgotten sponge out. It is my opinion that Dr. Feinfeld was negligent and seemingly uninterested in his treatment. Between two separate appointments, I don't think the doctor spent more than four minutes with me. What sort of competent doctor puts something in his patient's body and forgets about it? Avoid this doctor.
I'm compelled to write a review because there are two one star reviews that are so off base. I've been seeing Dr. Feinfield since 2011 and there's no one else I'd recommend to my friends and family. I came to Dr. Feinfield extremely hesitant and nervous after a terrible experience with another doctor. I had a tonsillectomy gone wrong with a number of post surgical complications and ultimately a recommendation from the other surgeon to perform a second surgery to remove the tonsil tissue he had missed. It was also recommended by the other surgeon that I remove my adenoids. I was in incredible pain. I asked around extensively and no one came as highly recommended at Dr. Feinfield. Much to my surprise Dr. Feinfield strongly recommended against another tonsil surgery, as he felt it was unnecessary. In 2019 I had a Balloon Sinuplasty with Dr Feinfield under general anesthesia in his surgical center. I asked if I needed to also remove my adenoids during this surgery or the tonsil tissue and he said no. He simply explained that the benefit did not outweigh the risk. My sinus procedure was the first elective procedure since my tonsillectomy. I was very nervous and Dr. Feinfield really took his time to put me at ease. Over a year later and NO complications, not a single sinus infection (practically unheard of for me) and not a single visit back to Feinfield since my post operative appointments. I wish I'd done this sooner! Dr. Feinfield is incredible and I really appreciate that he doesn't recommend unnecessary or non beneficial surgical procedures.
I had years of breathing issues with blocked nostrils. Had surgery in West Hills and that did very little good. Dr Feinfeld was recommended by a conworker - he solved my problem!
Dr Feinfield basically destroyed my sinuses and put a hole in my septum, which by the way he didn’t tell me about until I discovered it 2 months after surgery and freaked out on him! His response was that it was no big deal. Maybe to him but to me it was a very BIG deal!! Very shady and unprofessional. Stay away
Very friendly, intelligent, experienced, and patient doctor. He has helped me, my brother, and my mother.
Beware of this doctor and his staff who lie to the insurance company and to patients when making an appointment about his specialty so to get patients in there, charge an $$$ office visit and copay and tell you that the doctor does not specialize in your problem at the time of the appointment. when I was not able to find an in network Dr. who specialize in TMJ in our area for my son, I asked my insurance company to help me find one. They provided me this doctor's info and confirmed his specialty. The Dr.' office confirmed that he does specialize in TMJ when I called to make an appointment. Both my son and I took time off work for this appointment, but when the Dr. came in the room, he claimed that he does not specialize in TMJ and tried to blame the insurance company for an incorrect specialty search. We left the office unhappy and I immediate called the insurance company and verified that they too were told a lie by this Dr.'s office. To verify, while I was on the call, my insurance company's agent called the office and pretended to be a patient and asked if the Dr. specialize in TMJ. The front office staff told the insurance agent "You are in luck, the Dr. indeed specialize in TMJ". The insurance company has documented the call and the entire situation, and have started an investigation of this office for insurance fraud and unethical practice. Good luck to him and his staff, as these kinds of doctors should not be practicing medicine!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
