Jeffrey Tseng's Online Review Report Card

What a waste of $150. I called to book an appt to get my tonsil stones removed. I had an appt for 10:15 and arrived early. I waited 1 hour to see the doctor. He saw me for 5 min and told me to gargle with salt water and not eat spicy food. I told him I wanted my tonsil stones removed but he didn't do it. I requested a partial refund at the front desk but they said no. Go somewhere else. I honestly feel robbed.

Dr. Jeffrey Tseng is an outstanding doctor. He saw my husband in his office after my husband was hospitalized with a severe sinus infection. He treated him with great empathy and found the source of the infection. Dr Tseng cured the problem with sinus surgery. My husband sees him regularly and he treats us like old friends. We highly recommend this wonderful doctor.

I made an appointment, confirmed the insurance card with the receptionist I spoke with and waited 3 weeks to get in. Took off work, drove in and one look at my card they said they won’t accept it. And refused to offer any cash discount. They wanted 4x what my insurance covers. Waste of time. Awful experience.

Drs. Edwin and Jeffrey Tseng are wonderful, attentive and professional doctors. I have been going to them for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I feel like all doctors should be like them.

I went to see Dr. Tseng for issues with my nose and inability to smell. He is extremely professional very thorough and very educational when it came to my disease process. His staff was extremely kind and prepared me well for the appointment. I had no issues with my insurance card because he excepted it and made it as painless as possible. I'm also a physician myself and Dr Tseng are is a doctor's doctor. I would recommend him to anybody considering him for sinus surgery.

I am so glad I found Dr. Jeffrey Tseng from reading many recommendations from others in a FB group. I did not feel rushed, he is a great listener, and I felt he truly support what is best for his patients as if he was caring for his own family member. He was very thorough to make sure he made the right diagnosis. He also has great bedside manner. So glad I now have a permanent ENT doctor as a resource.

I saw his father many years ago and liked him a lot, now I see the son, Jeffrey. He is wonderful, pleasant, caring, concerned, knowledgeable and spends whatever time needed with you. The staff are all extremely nice and accommodating. Couldn't give a higher rating or I would :)

Mackela the receptionist is super friendly and has super soothing voice. Dr. Edwin is friendly and answered all my questions. Told me advices that are preventive measurements and minimum out of pocket charges. Father/son ENT doctors are excellent choice if one doctor is not available. 5 Stars office to come back to.

I went in for a procedure involving my hearing and Dr. Jeffrey was incredibly patient and efficient. It was my first time visiting an ear doctor and I felt so much better after leaving his office in a short time with perfect hearing again ! Highly recommend.

I have had Ears nose and throat issues for as long as I can remember. I have been with a different ENT for 5 years and have been though too surgeries. The first one was great no issues, the second one was when I have had some issues. So we wanted to get a second Dr. advice Looking on yelp I saw Dr. Jeffrey Tseng and thought that with all of the great reviews that he would be a great ENT to talk to. The office was great and welcoming. I took the time to print out the paper work online and that saved us time. I waited like 5 min the waiting room and like a min in the exam room before Dr. Tseng came in. I explained why I was there and that we needed a second Dr. advice. After talking to him and looking at my ears. He gave us his best advice and that is was good to have a second Dr. take a look. Now we can make a good informed decision. Great bedside manners, kind and took the time to listen to what I had to say. All around great Doctor and staff.
