Dr. Hernandez is a great ear, nose , throat specialist. I get ear wax removal/ cleanings about once a year. He has the equipment that gently sucks out all the wax. He was very gentle with the procedure and office staff is very nice.

Dr Hernandez is the Gold Standard for ENT doctors in our area. While this is only his second Yelp review, he has lots of positive recommendations on our local Nextdoor app.An older gentleman, who has seen it all, and is an expert among experts.He never makes you feel rushed. Always sits down with you before the examination to chat. You just know you are in good hands with Dr Hernandez.He has an office suite to himself and can do many procedures in his examination/treatment room. Too many doctors today have the equivalent of cubicles, which for me is very claustrophobic.Thanks Dr Hernandez for being a gentleman physician.

Had to wait a long time even a the first appointment after lunch because he was late at least twice. Didn't get familiar with my chart until he was in the room. Didn't provide a plan to proceed except just allow the patient, me, to decide what is best. Wasted my time with suggesting follow up visits where he does nothing except saying he doesn't know until I either wait or get more test. And again I have to decide what to do and he got not path to where we should do next. And the worst part is this place does not take anything but cash or check. So getting him pay with any modern way is not acceptable which cause even more inconvenience. His staff IS RUDE on top of it. Much better doctors elsewhere that will put their patients first.

My son had his nose cauterized by Dr. Hernandez and it was a total success. Not a bloody nose since and it's been about 10 months. My 13 year old son said that he felt the procedure but it was not painful at all. My only annoyance is the billing situation there. I use my Health Savings debit Card to pay my medical bills and he doesn't take credit cards. On the invoice, the phone number isn't listed either and that bugs me. Outside of this, a fantastic doctor!
