This is the 2nd bad experience we’ve had w/this woman. She casted my daughters leg/femur wrong several years ago & was rude. We thought maybe it would be different but I waited THREE HOURS, she was rude & annoyed w/our questions. Snapped at me when I clarified the type of bike & told my 14yr old that he has the body of a 10 yr old & more. Way to kick a kid when he’s down

From start to finish what a great experience for my daughter. I called at 8AM asking for my daughter to seen after and ankle injury. The office got our information and offered an appointment that morning. They explained clearly what to expect and did such a good job of allowing us to know what the process would be. My daughter needed up having a broken ankle and Dr. Caputo was kind, compassionate, took her time and listened. We felt very fortunate to be taken such good care of during a stressful time. Also we are so grateful to have been seen so quickly and not had to go to the ER or urgent care. Highly recommend Dr. Caputo and her staff.
