Had the worst experience I have had in the past 3 years of dealing with different doctors due to my husband's cancer diagnosis.This Doctor has no knowledge, nor any passion for what he does and noooo bedside manner.As soon as he saw us in the hospital room, he took all the responsibility off himself and told my husband and I that there is nothing that could be done for himEven if there is nothing else to do, He should have been a little more responsible and more companionate. But that word does not exist in his personality.

During my first endoscopy, Dr. Desai found the beginnings of esophageal cancer, which was successfully removed. Obviously, I can’t thank him enough for saving my life. Since then, I have been cancer free and have been seeing him over the years to have routine checkups. Each time I go in for a procedure, I feel relaxed in knowing that I will received the best care from him and his staff. He is very receptive to patient’s concerns and takes his time to answer questions. He is an A+ physician and one who I constantly refer to my friends and family.

If I could give Dr Desai a Five star plus I would. I haven’t meet a doctor who not only cares for me and his patients but for his fellow man ( the indigent) and numerous medical students. It’s a blessing to have him as my Doctor. His staff does a great job considering how busy they are. He’s a great doctor and much in demand. If you can’t get in immediately be patient. When you’re that good, everyone wants you. It’s worth the wait. Thanks Dr Desai. God bless

Dr. Desai is a “Excellent “ physician, he has normalize my life with the issues I had, where four other Doctors couldn’t. He will spend time talking to you regarding you issues and not rush you out like so many Doctors do. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar Desai!

Dr. Desai and his entire staff offer the very best in all things gastrointestinal. With a warm smile and top notch medical expertise, Dr. Desai recently performed an endoscopy & colonoscopy on me @ Los Robles Medical Center. He treated me like gold! From preauthorizing my medical insurance to offering Sutab prep options, Dr. Kumar went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. He also possess a gentle and kind bedside manner which translates into an easier medical experience. If y'all are searching for a Beverly Hills experience in the Conejo/Westlake Village community, Dr. Kumar is your pick.

Dr. Desai is the best in doctor in town! I've been going to him for about 10 months now for GI related issues and he has been very helpful. I've also seen the nurse practitioner Sara, as I know doctors schedule can be very busy. She works very closely with Dr. Desai so I felt comfortable with seeing her. He has a new office staff. Both of the girls are very nice and caring. I would recommend Dr. Desai and Sara!
