Lakeside Medical has become a complete joke, not just this office but the entire Lakeside Community Healthcare system.I've never been to Tijuana for medical services but it can't be any worse than Lakeside.It's a shame Google doesn't allow negative star reviews for businesses that justly deserve a negative rating.You have been warned!

Dr.Denise Hom, is DISENGAGED AND UNATTENTIVE and has no COMMUNICATION SKILLS, I would NOT RECOMMEND HER AS A DOCTOR.

Even I call one day before for appointment, will get appointment. Great service and usually we don't need to wait more than 15 mins.

The ladies at the Front Desk are great. Vanessa, Danielle, and Gloria have all helped me, at various times, and each of them has been kind, patient, and thorough. It is a rare treat these days to encounter caring staff members with a good work ethic. Many Thanks.

I had an emergency situation come up health wise and since I have an HMO, I knew I had to wait for a referral. I called the office and spoke with Vanessa. Wow! Vanessa was on it and told me to even call her back later that day to make sure my referral was in. I was approved immediately and Vanessa was the reason. The office staff has always been so kind and always ready to help me and all of our children. Dr. Reddy and Dr. Tysch are awesome!

Dr. Lindberg is very soft spoken and knowledgeable. You can reach him through a patient portal which is very convient. Very easy to get into see him!

My doctor is Dr. Lindberg. He has helped me through a variety of minor issues with understanding and accurate guidance. Office visits are comfortable and efficient. On a number of occasions I have dropped him an email and been pleasantly surprised at how quickly he has responded. He has also, on many occasions, provided 'info sheets' on topics of importance to me. His involvement in my well-being has been incredibly great.

Dr. Deepa Reddy and Lakeside are wonderful. Dr. Reddy is my primary care physician and I could not be happier. Responds to my emails and squeezes me in when I need it.

Well its hard to say what a great team of care givers you get when treated at this facility. Suffice it to say that, thanks to Justin and his assistant Fidel they have kept this old fart going. My neck, back and both knees after surgery received the very best top notch physical therapy. I am in the medical field and know excellence in medical care when I see it. Keep up the good work guys. Can't wait for my next surgery just so I can go back and see these guys!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this office. I won't say anything about Justin Brouhard, who the appointment was supposed to be with, because it never even happened due to the incredibly incompetent office staff. And their attitude about their total screw up was inexcusable.
