I found Dr. Patrick personable, “real,” and patient, even though she had other patients. She was thorough, and listened, which I so appreciate. I was pleased to find that she’s a D.O. I left reassured that I’d chosen the right person.

Waited 45 minutes total, dr didn't listen to a word I said, kept interrupting me saying my first name, I went because of several complaints, weight gain, hard distended stomach, shortness of breath, cough, acid reflux. Told her and the nurse I can't live like this and depressed over the constant weight increasing.Dr just said there is nothing she can do, didn't even listen to my chest, said she could refer me to a dietician. After I started crying she said she would cancel appt so I didn't pay.

Never a long wait, never feel rushed, very conservative on tests and medications, which is important. Very empathetic. There are, however, often long hold times on telephone when calling them!

Dr. Patrick is amazing she spends quality time with you and makes you feel like a person not a number she's always kind and generous and so is her staff I love dr. Patrick and so glad that she is my doctor

The staff there is uncaring and drag down the good doctors business. Her assistant/receptionist was very insulting towards me. I was going to inquire abut my teeth and she (the assistant) told me to go ask elsewhere and that this wasn't a dentist's office. Thankfully the doctor provided me with a good dentist. The receptionist called my friend fat at a later date as well. She really is a good caring doctor held down by her staff.
