Have been seeing Dr C for over 5 years and have hooked literally DOZENS of my women friends up with her for their hormone related needs. Her new office is LOVELY! She really goes the extra mile for all my health needs not just hormones.

Dr. C is amazing!! I have suffered from sever symptoms of menopause. I went to several doctors with these symptoms that as the months and years went by more symptoms kept showing up with no end in sight. My doctors kept prescribing all HRT available from patches to creams and pills and sometimes all at once! Nothing worked! I was miserable and depressed. Until I started researching and found that you can get help naturally and Dr.C doesn't make you feel like your crazy, or that it's just normal and just live with it! She's helped me feel myself again! My headaches, brain fog,muscles and joints are so much better! Along with energy and which has improved my life so much! Please don't hesitate and live like this! Give it a try you won't regret it! Thanks Dr.C!!

Can’t say enough about Dr C. I have had two babies delivered by her and she has been hands down the best OBGYN I have seen. I have also seen her for other medical issues and she has always been on top of her game. She really cares and will listen to all of your concerns and address them accordingly. Her staff has always been polite and on point. The office is always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend her.

Dr C is knowledgeable; I don't doubt her qualifications. If you are looking for a patient physician with a good bedside manner, I would not recommend her. She's abrupt and it's hard to get a word in edgewise - I did not feel listened to. When I tried to get prescription refills, it was an absolute nightmare. It took 9 days, numerous phone calls and many emails that were never answered. The receptionist actually argued with me and made ridiculous excuses as to why no one had authorized the prescription refills. Something that should've taken 5 minutes ended up taking over a week - I was left without any medication for 9 days which caused awful withdrawals. No one seemed to care. You can't leave people hanging like this when they're on hormones! I will not return after the horrible way I was treated and I cannot recommend this doctor or her office. I am shocked at these 5 star reviews - Dr C is anything but warm. She was also quite rude to the nurse who was taking my vitals. I need more than a medical degree when I see a doctor - I did not feel cared about by Dr C or her staff. **Update response to DR C comment: I was IN THE OFFICE on the day I requested refills for 4 medications. I am familiar with your struct prescription policy. I spoke to you and your nurse Kaitlyn and you BOTH assured me my prescriptions would be called in THAT DAY. After a dozen emails (to which I never received a single response!) And 6 phone calls, I finally got my refills NINE DAYS LATER. I had to go without progesterone, estrogen and thyroid meds for 9 days. This is was very hard on me physically and emotionally. No one ever contacted me to apologize nor responded to my numerous emails.

I wanted to share my recent and previous experience at Hera Healthcare. I was seen by FNP Dana Duarte and LVN Haley Weisenfluh. They are both verry bright, kind individuals that foster a nurturing and trusting environment. I really appreciated how FNP Duarte asked me questions about my overall personal health and well being thoroughly to get to know my lifestyle. I think attention to this detail is extremely important when assessing what kind of treatment or diet may be most beneficial. Haley had a very approachable demeanor and felt relatable. Very clean, chic clinic. They also offer other aesthetic services that look interesting.
