Dr Ezra is amazing as well as his PAs. I've been seeing him for 7 years and haven't any complaints. From mole removal, to rashes, to acne, and Bo-tox, he has helped tremendously with it all. At times, I have seen a PA and they offer the same exceptional care. They jump hoops if I encounter an insurance road block. I've done in patient and telehealth and have positive interactions. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS OFFICE PERIOD. For over three weeks we have been waiting for them to fax my daughters authorization to the doctors office for her ear check up autopsy. Have made over 40 calls with them in order to fax it in. Finally after making numerous mistakes faxing the paper to Childrens hospital. This is the most unprofessional doctors office i have ever been in contact with. All the employees that work there have not been properly trained, there is 0 communication in the office. If you have a serious illness and needs to be checked out do not ever work with this doctors office. My daughter has not been seen by a real specialist and its urgent for her to do so. Unprofessional

Quite possible the worst experience with a doctors office. This office is so uninvolved with you as a patient and as a human being, It’s absolutely mind blowing. I try to escalate my concerns to the operations manager Carlene Nieto whom was rude lacks empathy and is unprofessional. If you have any skin condition, seek help elsewhere! I hope Dr Navid Ezra discovers how his personnel is dealing with patients, when I ask operations manager for Dr. Ezra information she refused to provide me his contact information and stated her words “I’m the top person here” no one is above me. Worst doctor experience EVER! Dr Ezra spent about 3 minutes total with me. Never even got within 3 feet to examine my skin issues. He prescribed a cream. The prescuption said to apply to my "red itchy bumps". I don't have red itchy bumps! Maybe if he spent a few more minutes with me he would have known that! He also sent the prescription to his affiliated pharmacy (to make more money) for home delivery. When I didn't receive it in a few days, I called. They said I needed an e-signature saying I received it a few days prior. I said I wouldn't sign that I received it until I actually did. I had them sent the prescription to CVS instead. Quite possible the worst experience with a Dr. and his office ever. Had 4 appts directly with Dr. Ezra. I saw him once. His PA's substitute for him without you knowing. One PA mis-diagnosed me and worsened my skin condition for 1.5 weeks. Next appt with Dr. Ezra was cancelled by him 30 minutes before seeing him because of an "emergency" even though I was suffering. 2 months later, I have same skin condition and his office has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. Dr. Ezra is so uninvolved with you as a patient and as a human being it's absolutely mind boggling. If you have a skin condition, seek help elsewhere is my overwhelming suggestion. Update: I'm sorry, but I have been very busy and really can't be calling you office tor the tenth time. Bottom line, I still don't have what I have requested several times. I have been calling for many weeks to have copies of my receipts that I didn't get on my visits. They have said to me that they will be emailed, but haven't. One time I called I was put on hold for 25 minutes. I called again yesterday and the lady said she had them there and would do it at the end of the day "if she had time." I still don't have them. Sending an email shouldn't take that long. It's really hard to reach anybody to talk to. In my several visits, I've seen Dr. Ezra once. I just learned that I lost money due to not submitting my receipts on time for reimbursement. Dr. Ezra office should reimburse me then, since I have been requesting my receipts for weeks or better said, months.
