Hey Dr. Toomer! Its been a while. I hope you are doing well! Dr. Toomer delivered my three children c-section deliveries in 2000, 2002 and 2004. All at Los Robles. He was wonderful and compassionate. I went into premature labor with my 3rd but we were able to keep her in until 37 weeks and shes about to turn 18. I also had adhesions removed a few years later along with an endometrial ablation because they were causing pain. He was truly amazing with all the procedures my body needed for my success at a family and health. He will probably deliver babies until he is unable to walk. This doc is a stud!

Dr. Toomer treated me 25years ago. I was recovering from breast cancer and had some obstetrics problems too. He was just amazingly compassionate and competent. My favorite doctor ever. I moved from California years ago but still think of him and his wonderful staff with great fondness.

I miss Dr. Toomer. He was not just my OB but also my family doctor. He birthed my 3 kids and nephew and nieces too. I hope he’s doing well... must be retired by now, but the best Doctor I ever had. Thank you, Doctor Toomer! Wherever you may be - God bless you always!

Dr Toomer has been my doc for 15 years. I trust him with my life! He's kind and smart and has such a sweet, and calming demeanor. He is my all time favorite doctor I've ever had for anything!!! He is honest and allows me to feel at ease when talking about things that might be a tad awkward. I truly know that Dr. Toomer wants the best for me. I trust his experience and his skills 1000%! He is truly one of a kind and I feel so lucky and blessed to have called him my doc for the last 15 years!!!! He's one of a kind and irreplaceable!

Dr. Toomer was my OB/GYN and delivered my son, Mathew, at Los Robles hospital in October 1990 ... over 25 years ago! My son is now a SGT. in the USMC. I loved Dr. Toomer so much that I gave my son the middle name of Paul, which is Dr. Toomer's first name. I had some personal medical issues during my pregnancy and ended up having to have a C-section. Dr. Toomer took excellent care of me and kept me very informed about everything through the entire pregnancy, plus had great bedside manner.

Where do I start? Dr Toomer was our OB and wow what a fantastic job he did. His office staff are very courteous and professional. We were handled through the entire process with the up most care and did a wonderful job handling my wife through her pregnancy. Dr Toomer has our deepest gratitude and respect as he did a magnificent job during my wife's delivery. I would recommend him to anyone out there looking for an OBGYN. We can not sing his praises enough!

You simply cannot find a better doctor or staff. He gives you ample time with little wait, and is great at answering all your questions and making you feel at ease. I cannot recommend him enough. He's one of the leading OB/GYN's in the area and everyone who goes to him ends up speaking so highly of him. I'm totally confident in him and I really like how he explains everything and never rushes you out the door.

Dr Toomer is one EXCEPTIONAL doctor and he's got amazing character and bedside manners. Many women in my family has been going to him for over 20 years. The wait time is minimal, he never rushes you out of the office and makes sure all your questions are answered. He cares a great deal about every single patient having just watched his demeanor with other people. Above all this he's incredibly intelligent and his sections regarding my health always are in line with what my gut tells me. He's vet thorough and aggressive in getting something resolved. He's basically the BEST doctor in the area.
