ROWI deserves every positive word. They truly are an amazing group and any adolescent is lucky to have a vulnerable yet comfortable experience like my child.

The worst place ever! They think that my child's right to privacy is more important than my right as a parent. They are charging me $2600 a day but don't think I have a right to know what is going on with my child. All I get is a 1 sentence generic "update" each week. They will not talk to me about my child without my child present! The Family Therapist antagonized me and told my daughter I was wrong about my religious beliefs than that she was right. He made our relationship worse than it already was. And as soon as I told them I was pulling my child out, they threatened legal action if I didn't pay them immediately the money I owe them.

We found ROWI after recognizing that the challenges our daughter faced were beyond our family’s ability to deal with alone. We were at our wits end. Our daughter was very depressed and we just did not know what to do. Our family can’t say enough good things about the ROWI team. ROWI’s professional staff not only know what they are doing by providing a great structured program, most importantly they genuinely care, and the kids soon realize that.Our daughter initially couldn’t stand to go to ROWI because she just didn’t want help, but over the next several months ROWI became a second family to her. When she would be having a hard day she would ask to go to ROWI. It became a safe haven for her. There were many times ROWI went above and beyond what most programs would do to help. And for that our family is forever grateful.
