I had my first epidural injection yesterday with the team at Conejo Surgerical Center, and while I'm not yet sure if that will work, I am pleased to say the experience was great. I was a surgical nurse until my recent injury, so I'm well aware of protocol for the procedure I had done, and the staff here was right on beat. The nurses and techs were very friendly and made me feel safe. Compliments to pre op nurse Leslie, thank you for the tender IV start. Or Nurse Cat, thank you for keeping me modest. But, or course, everyone's favorite, Ken doing my anesthesia, couldn't have been more perfect, just the right amount.I'm hoping to not see you all soon, but if I do, I will be at ease to return.
