The staff was very nice and professional and so was the Dr.  I went to have my spider veins injected.  I followed everything by the book to wear my support hose after for the amount of time they told me to.  Its been over two months now and there is not one place that the Dr. injected that went away.  I have had Saline injections in the past and laser done to my spider veins and both worked the same and good for me. I am unsure what they are injecting but for me it was a waste of my money.  I was so excited to finally have this procedure done again as it had been years but I think by now I would have seen some type of results and I dont see any in the future I will go back to laser.

We strongly recommend this USA vein clinic if you or a loved one is having any kind of vein issues we are so grateful that the team here were able to accurately treat my husbands problems and come up with the solutions to get him feeling so much better again

Last years visit was fantastic and appointment was phenomenal. The enter staff were very amiable professional caring and diligent about performing their work.

I can not say enough for the office in Thousand Oaks. Efficient always on time clean and very pleasantThe receptions system you have with the corporate is terrible. Scheduling me for an appointment when they are not even open. Wasting my time with a 45 minute drive. The communication with the receptionist is very difficult when they are in Chicago. Trying to get to the direct office is impossible.Suggest you make communication easier for the patient

Below is what I sent to the Better Business BureauCharged for multiple procedures that were not approved. I originally visited the clinic on Sept 4 2019 with a Groupon for Spider Vein removal that included all costs involved. I was asked to be checked for varicose veins as a free consult. I was told I had them and that they needed to do that procedure first and to not worry about the Groupon. Another appointment was scheduled and I came in for an ultra sound I was then told next step was insurance approval and that the next appointment would be the actual process. I came in for my next appointment and was told the insurance company did not accept the ultrasound pics and that they needed to redo them before the procedure as approved. I said ok they did the 2nd ultra sound and was told they would contact me in the next week or two to schedule my appointment. I never heard from anyone so I called the clinic to follow up and was told they hadnt heard anything yet and that they would reach out to me. After to more weeks I reached out again and was told the same thing. Two more weeks went by reached out again same response. After not ever getting a follow up I assumed the procedure was just not going to happen. At no point during any of this visits was a cost of the ultra sound discussed or mentioned it was the potential cost of the procedure we were waiting on. Yesterday March 16th 2020 I received in the mail a bill for $810.60. This bill included charges for office visits including the free consultation and two ultra sounds one being the one they did incorrectly. I call the corporate number to discuss and was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to pay and pay quickly as the charges were from September. I explained this is the first bill I have received and was told they have been sending me multiple bills. I let them know I would like to have the procedure done and move forward at which time I was told I would need another ultrasound to be done. All in all this is a complete sham and nothing is ever actually done to improve your health or your health related concerns.

I am so happy with my vein injection procedure today at USA Vein Clinic  Dr. Kramer and Donna went above and beyond from the beginning to the end of my appointment with their warmth professionalism time spent explaining the procedure and aftercare and the procedure itself.  Dr. Kramer is SUPER thorough and a perfectionist which is a huge bonus.  I felt really comfortable in every way possible. I would most definitely recommend this location and am really happy with the results

Wow I cannot say enough good things about USA Vein Clinics All of the staff were awesome May greeted me and also helped me throughout Donna was awesome and I was really glad to have met Dr. Kramer. Donna first checks your legs with ultrasound to make sure theres nothing scary abnormal going on which was a reassuring bonus that I did not expect. Luckily for me Im doing great The therapy to remove spider veins hardly hurt at all much less than acupuncture or regular injections. Its more of a pinching and slight pulling sensation overall. Dr. Kramer makes sure to thoroughly go over everything with you beforehand so you know what to possibly expect.Definitely get the 4 injections ccs or even more because youll for sure need more than you think. Dr. Kramer and his staff even used a bit more on me than I paid for and didnt charge me for it at all. They want their patients to be happy and I had a wonderful experience 5 stars for sure You wont be disappointedAlso theyre located in the Janss Mall right by the fountain and Burlington Coat Factory towards the parking garage. So knowing that makes it very easy to find them.

Dr Kramer and Donna are seriously the best team Im so thankful I decided to go to Usa Vein Clinic. Donna is so friendly compassionate and understanding she always makes me feel so at ease. Dr Kramer went out of his way to explain what and why I needed on my legs. They are both so knowledgeable and professional Im so happy I decided to go to USA veins and undergo my procedure with Dr Kramer and Donna. Youre definitely in the best hands with them

Donna and Dr. Kramer are professional compassionate and kind. I am so glad I visited them at their Thousand Oaks location. Their office is nice and clean and Donna made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Kramer has nice bedside manner and took plenty of time to answer all my questions and then some.
