Well, kind of difficult to be in home health when referred by primary doctor for equipment in October 2021 and now it's January 2022 and the only thing communicated in October was they were out of stock. Could be supply chain issue, but getting through to customer service to follow-up is non-existent. As a follow-up, I finally received the equipment for apnea testing at the beginning of April 2022. Awful and disrespectful employees. My mother wanted hours for her oxygen to be delivered was told early morning the equipment would be delivered by 3pm and its 645 pm and still waiting.

Worse service of any company I have ever felt with! Over 2 months ago I called to see how to handle CPAP recall. I was told mine isn't on itNow it looks like mine is. Tried to call. Waited 10 minutes and was disconnected

It's hard to give a rating to this location. With covid-19 they're unable to do a lot of things I need my machine to be the motor listen to a person needs to put on a mask they don't have any sample Mass they told me not to bring one because I would not be able to go in the building turns out that I was able to go into the building I think that the company is a good company and I think the people are well-trained but unfortunately the policies are not known between my location and location and it's unfortunate when sleep apnea is such a horrible thing and you need to deal with it immediatelyIt's hard to give a rating to this location.
