Can not recommend at this time Sorry, didn't go so well for me, unfriendly staff, long wait, 15 minutes in the lobby and 35 minutes in the patient's room, I felt like I was rushed out. I did not get much information about medicare vision programs, I was only given a paper with phone number to call for an appointment at the Vision Surgery Center, LLC with documents to fill out with my health history.

Dr Kouchouk is very caring, persistent and problem solving oriented. Clearly he does not settle for less than perfection. I would highly recommend him for problems related to either Cornea or dry eye.

Convenient location, knowledgeable and friendly staff, nice and clean multiple indoor and atrium waiting areas, and the state-of-the-art various eye testing equipment. Dr. Kouchouk is a highly skilled professional and extremely proficient in his specialty, explains the diagnosis and cure in clear and understandable language, and is very efficient and friendly with patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Kouchouk to individuals seeking a highly experienced and excellent ophthalmologist.
