I've been a patient of Dr. Buttan for perhaps a couple years now. Each time I go it's like visiting an old friend. He is compassionate, caring, and truly listens. He also had a great sense of humor, which is very important to me. I'm a 100% disabled vet with full VA coverage but would much rather go here as I enjoy the environment, staff and the good Doctor. Fortunately, my situation is not complicated but he takes the time; end results are phenomenal. My latest visit just the other day found me in a bit of a conundrum; I needed to be seen for an Rx update. Seems with telemed diminishing, the office is popular. Appt scheduling is now long. I was on the phone with a very spunky office rep "Jasmin Hernandez" she stated I could be seen...if I could get down there in a half-hour, "hurry." Made it in 15min! She was even nice enough to pop-in after my appt to say hi and glad to see I made it. I don't believe synergistic environments like this just happen. It's a top down, all-in approach. Everyone in the office seems happy. Oh and medical asst who checked my vitals was awesome...didn't get "his" name.

Such a nice doctor. He totally simplified what other doctors elsewhere had made complicated and drawn out. He has a nice sense of humor. He gave me a lot of hope.

My first experience with an endocrinologist was with this doctor. He was very rude, talked over me in a very loud voice (yelling basically) and did not let me explain anything to him such as, my concerns over certain medications, other condition I had. He did not listen at all. The medication prescribed caused side effects that made another condition I have worse. I called him and was told you can only email him. He insisted that none of the things I was experiencing were from meds prescribed. He simply did not listen. I felt ignored. I stopped taking the medication and my secondary condition improved. I have moved to another doctor. The stress I went through over his unprofessional behavior was not worth it. Never again.

He revamped my care, patiently. I recommend showing up with current blood work and a list of your current meds. He'll take it from there.

Dr. Buttan make you feel comfortable. He doesn't rush you and listens to your questions and thoughtfully answers him. I so happy to have him as a doctor.
