Ben Tseng's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Tseng made me feel comfortable- he is able to explain things in an understandable manner. I also had some billing issues (with the testing lab, not him) and his office staff helped me follow up.

I would recommend him.

I would definitely recommend Dr Tseng in a hot minute. I have been to so many Drs lately, it was so nice to finally run into a Dr that was kind, that listened, that was thorough, that was pleasant, that was on time. He was the whole package. My only complaint was the front office receptionist. Everyone else in the office was really nice. Definitely book your appt today if you need an outstanding neurologist!!!

The staff is horrible here! I have called for different things regarding my prescriptions and they have always been so rude!!! I will definitely be looking into going to a different doctor.

Ben Tseng, and his staff members think that handicap people are funny. When you come to Ben Tseng office bring a cell phone that works and fully charged. So you can dial 911 Yourself.

Dr. Tseng is fantastic. He takes time, looks at patient whole health, works with both natural and prescription solutions for my migraines - didn't just go for drugs, looked at vitamin therapy, explored acupuncture, etc. Took an aggressive approach and reduced my migraine occurrences significantly - and was willing to look at multiple options. I've been going to neurologists my whole life with migraine issues, and he's been the most effective in the quickest time, and he's also super nice, same with the whole care team. Highly recommend him.

The office staff is great.I've been seeing Dr. Tseng for several years. He is an excellent neurologist and is great to work with. He's professional, friendly, gives me his full attention when I'm there and even enjoys a laugh or two. Always puts me at ease. There's a lot of doctors who could learn from his bedside manner.

Went there for an initial consultation. Dr. Tseng was good- a week after my visit I got a summary in the mail of what was discussed at our visit and the plan moving forward. I thought that was a nice touch for record purpose. Now I give him a 4-star bc it is extremely difficult to get a hold of someone in his office. There's an answering machine, pretty general, call 911, go to ER if it's an emergency or leave a message for a callback. Still waiting for that callback. As a potential new pt, that's pretty bad. I've left numerous messages w/my name, dob, contact number and a clear message and still no callback. I'm not sure if anyone actually answers the phone or if it's always the answering machine but up to now, it's been pretty frustrating. I'm actually considering keeping my current neurologist.

I recently saw Dr. Tseng for a carpal tunnel problem. The office staff was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Tseng explained the problem carefully. He did an emg on both hands and was very thorough in explaining the procedure to me. I highly recommend him.
