Dr. Rafii is an incredible doctor who I feel so fortunate to have found. He takes his time answering questions and listening to concerns. He is empathetic and kind always. I had seen two other doctors before him for my Vocal Polyp and never felt like I was being listened to or taken seriously. He truly is gifted and you can tell he loves what he does.

"I had been having problems with my voice for a long time but never paid attention to it. A friend told me about Dr. Rafii and not only I found a fantastic and very knowledgeable doctor but a very kind person. My hoarseness was taken care of and I have my voice back. Coming to see Dr. Rafii if you have voice, swallowing or throat problems is a 'no brainer'. I highly recommend this doctor to everyone!. You don't find amazing doctors like him often."

Dr Rafii is a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. He took a generous amount of time with both my husband and me explaining. He was in no hurry to get on to the next patient and gave me a detailed description of the procedure I needed to regain my voice. The procedure worked! Then, Dr. Rafii ordered CT Scans and called me immediately after he received the results. But, he didn't stop there. He set me up with follow-up appointments with Radiology/Pathology and Oncology doctors. I haven't met anyone like him. He is my go-to doctor for ENT.

DR. RAFI HA BEEN MY ENT DOCTOR FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS AND DURING THAT TIME HE HAS PROVIDED CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND ASTUTE TREATMENT. DR RAFI, LISTENS AND TAKE THE TIME TO PROVIDE ANSWERS IN LAYMENS TERMINOLOGY WHICH ELIMINATES THE SUPERIORITY SYNDROME.

The Dr. and his personnel are very professional they went above and beyond by helping my uncle Linares with an ear infection. They are very careful following guidelines for COVID19 protection which makes the patients feel safe and comfortable.
