We called to make an appointment with Dr Levine and was scheduled. Then received a call that we needed to reschedule as Levine would not be available but could come earlier in the week. Upon arrival to new appointment was told that the appointment was with another doctor and the original appointment was with another doctor. Never were we told this when making the appointment. We came to Dr Levine because hHE was recommended. No one else. The staff said this happens all the time when we have 4 doctors. We said that's idiotic. And not good practice. With that a very rude manager comes out and begins reprimanding us. Then the doctor came to reprimand. So much for health care.

Dr Levine is a fantastic surgeon. I am extremely grateful for the quality care that he provided our family prior to/and after the surgery conducted on my teen; though, I’m late in offering feedback, he exceeded my expectations. I was extremely frightened to have my son undergo this procedure. It was a typical, routine tonsillectomy. I think my fear was more so attributed to the fact that we were in a pandemic. Dr Levine was hands on, through out the entire process. The decision of course was left in my hands and he was willing to follow my lead. I think his frankness is what made me choose to go for the surgery. My son was suffering. His tonsils had been blocking his airway for quite sometime, and with a quickly growing active teenage boy, he needed every bit of oxygen the bodied allowed. I could have chosen to wait which could have prolonged my child’s suffering. I am glad that I chose otherwise. Dr. Levine is top tier, & rest assured he has your well being at the forefront of every

Terrible doctor. I've had a bump in my ear for two years and he looked in and said "it's cartilage." He didn't even touch the bump or give any examination. He was very unscientific. He told me at the end of my appointment "I would find my self feeling much better by the time I got home".

Dr. Levine is high level professional. He is very kind and patient. He explaines all his actions. Dr. Levine is the best!

I have no doubt Dr Levine gave the best course of treatment but his manner was less than pleasant. He seemed short tempered, unhappy and made me feel stupid in both visits.

I was so nervous coming into the office do to my injury. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Dr Levine was amazing to, answered all my questions and reassured me everything was going to fine. No nose job neeed. SHOOT kinda wish I i needed it. THANKS DR and Staff for making my visit an amazing one.
