This office is a bunch of crooks. They sent me a text claiming I made an appointment with them and I never did. I don’t even know them. I tried to call and cancel and they had no answering machine to leave messages and there website dosent even work. They are a bunch of crooks just trying to get money from innocent people.

Been a patient of this doctor for over 10 years. Absolutely terrific physician!! However the absolute worst front office I've ever seen. Rarely answer the phone. When you leave a voicemail for a call back, it absolutely never comes in the same day. No matter what time it is. The doctor requested to see a copy of a CT scan. I asked for an email to forward it to them. The office manager stated their email has been down for several weeks and "we just can't figure it out"! Seriously? So I had the neurologist office send it over, and FMC confirmed. Over a week later they call to ask me to send it again because they "must have lost it!" As incompetent as it gets. The doctor cares a great deal about his patients! His office does not. Simple as that. I'm changing to a new physician unfortunately!!!

In all my life and dozens of physicians, I've NEVER EVER have had a doctor that I admire and respect as Dr. Brian Borsook! He is the most genuinely caring and sound individuals you'll ever meet. On all levels, I highly recommend Dr. Borsook for your personal and family physician.

Dr. Borsook is an amazing physician!He has taken excellent care of my mother, myself, and my daughter.Dr. Borsook found the genetic disorder that had been causing my daughter so much pain for eight years! We will be forever grateful for the care he gave to our family.He is very professional, and very caring!!!

Kept me waiting in an exam room more than an hour. When I went to see how much longer was told there were still additional patients waiting. I left and never came back. Ridiculous!
