I would give Dr. Ro six stars out of five stars regarding the care that she provided to both my parents. She is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, prepared, caring, sincere, organized, and punctual. She explained the issues with my parents (not looking for strict compliance at their elderly age of 90 and 82) for their diabetes. She discussed her recommendations with me on what new medications to take to decrease sugar levels and which ones to eliminate, gave me a written report with highlights, and prepared a separate packet to provide to my parents' new doctors as they were transitioning to assisted living out of the area. She printed out the sugar levels from my dad's glucose monitor and explained he concerns. She listened while she is typing her notes and leaned forward on her chair away from her computer screen to face my parents directly to ask questions. She was very prepared! Dr. Ro has an excellent bedside manner and was genuinely concerned for my parents.

She spend time explaining my abnormal lab result. And now I understand as a result I am more compliant with my diet. That will help me live longer and enjoy my grandchildren

She was very thorough with me considering it had to be virtual. I am still Covid positive, and have symptoms that prevented me from going out. We spoke for over an hour, she listened and addressed all of my concerns, and set up a follow up appointment 3 months from now.
