She spend time explaining my abnormal lab result. And now I understand as a result I am more compliant with my diet. That will help me live longer and enjoy my grandchildren

She was very thorough with me considering it had to be virtual. I am still Covid positive, and have symptoms that prevented me from going out. We spoke for over an hour, she listened and addressed all of my concerns, and set up a follow up appointment 3 months from now.

As always, Dr Ro is prepared & has everything with her when she comes in for my appointment. She asks how I am & listens to what I say. We then discuss options & make a joint decision on my health plan. She is very personal & cares about me & I would think she's the same with all her patients. I really like/enjoy being her patient. Highly recommend her!
