Best doctor you can find for pain.  I have terrible neck pain due to herniated discs.  Dr Wu gets it and understands.  He knows how bad it can be and always makes time for his patients.  He doesn't make you wait.  The epidurals have been life changing for me and allows me to exercise, work at a desk for long hours and live normally.  It's is not a permanent fix but it is better than surgery which also has guarantees.

Started seeing Dr. Wu after moving here from the east coast. I suffered from neck pain and headaches due to scoliosis and disc issues in my neck. Dr. Wu has always found the source of the pain and saved me from unneeded surgery. He takes the time to listen and really get to know what his patients are feeling. He has always been there when I needed him and trust him like a brother. He doesn't send you somewhere else for a shot. He does them right there on the spot. You walk in having pain and walk out without pain. I have not dealt with a better doctor or human being in all my years.. I will always trust what he recommends and will continue to see him when I need to. Update: Wanted to post an update to my previous review since Dr. Wu has again amazed me. Have been seeing him since moving here and he has been able to keep my pain under control like no other Dr. has. Dr. Wu has treated the arthritis in my spine as well as numerous herniated discs from scoliosis. I recently had started to have neck and arm pain and extreme headaches. Dr Wu was able to diagnose me just by listening to me and asking me the right questions. He gave me a nerve block from my facet joints and the pain was gone immediately. This allowed him to schedule me for a procedure to have radio ablation to my facet joint nerves which has had me out of pain since, and that was months ago. Dr. Wu has enabled me to avoid surgery on my neck and back. I have seen many Dr’s over the years for my back and neck issues and no Dr. has been able to keep me out of pain like Dr. Wu has. Whether it’s preventive injections to keep the pain from returning or treating my flareup’s as they occur, Dr. Wu. has been a trusted Dr. and friend and is always there when I need him. Don’t know where I would be or in what condition I would be in if I had never started seeing him. I have recommended him to many friends, and they all rave about his expertise.

I was having lingering lower back pain for several months, even after regular visits to the chiropractor for adjustments and treatment. I decided to go to a specialist and found Dr. Wu on Yelp. The consultation was great, we discussed in detail about the lower back pain I was experiencing. We performed exercises, stretches, and tests to determine treatment options. I was given a quick and easy 5-10 minute injection on my back to help the pain. I am writing this review 5 days later and my back still feels great! I felt relief a few minutes after the injection but was waiting to see if any pain would return, so far nothing. My lower back feels great. I very happy that I made the decision to go and see Dr. Wu.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wu for several years. Dr Wu is very sensitive, articulate and overall an amazing doctor. In regards to the whole PAIN MGMT LIE they sold us, I'm hoping he changed his practice to reflect that

Dr. Wu has treated me for RA for several years. When I transferred to his care, he carefully reviewed my medications. With his help, I eliminated one med, reduced another, and sustained one at the same level. For all his abilities, Dr. Wu is never authoritarian . He takes time to explain his concerns and engages my cooperation with his treatment. I could not have a better rheumatologist.

Dr. Wu is amazing.  Besides being very skilled at what he does, I think he actually cares and is empathetic about his patient's suffering. Like so many, I've suffered from back pain for decades. I've tried physical therapy, pills, prolotherapy, yoga, chiropractors, other practitioners providing cortisone shots, etc.  You get the idea.  My pain doesn't debilitate me 100% but it limits me.  Even worse, it's always there like a rat gnawing in my brain and wearing me out.  It wears me out.  When I went to Dr. Wu, he assessed my condition and tried a couple of things until he discovered what really helped.  I was even pain-free for a spell for the first time in maybe 30 years.  Bodies are damaged and deteriorate over time, but Dr. Wu is my go-to guy when the pain rears its ugly head.  If I can visit him a couple of times a year and get some relief I'm so happy to do that.  The man is a magician skilled at making pain disappear.  Plus, I really like Dr. Wu.  He's my kind of human!

I have suffered with chronic lower back pain since I was a teenager (I'm 41 now) and used to go from one chiropractor to the next searching for a cure for my pain. I came across Dr. Wu in 2017 and saved me from suffering from my pain for the next 5 years. Even though I still had some moments of the same issue within those 5 yrs, they weren't as severe as they used to be. I finally had PPO insurance at my current job and was able to visit him once again a few days ago (2022) and he immediately saw my pain and worked with him on the spot to be able to walk normally once again without severe pain. I thank GOD Dr. Wu is still around! It was worth driving for 1 hour 30 min to get the help I needed! I can't recommend him enough!

Today was my first day in meeting Dr. Wu. I wish I had gone to him sooner ! He takes his time to hear you ,his bed side manners are awesome. He feels and understands what pain is. I have chronic pain throughout my whole body, I have Lupus , fibermyalsia , inflamation , herniated discs from my cervical neck all the way down to my lower back. So much more health issues. I highly recommend him. He is such an amazing Dr. Thank Dr. Wu so much !! God Bless you !!

Dr. wu is a lifesaver!! I was dealing with chronic tailbone pain and inflammation around my SI joint for over a year. I tried steroid injections, PRP injections, ibuprofen, coldpacks, chiropractic care, stretching, rest, you name it.... none of them gave me the same relief I feel now after getting treated by Dr Wu. He’s a great doctor. Cares about his patients and knows what to do to address the pain!
