This is Ray Marcello. My daughter is a patient of Dr Browne and we love him . He is very patient and listens to your problems and doesn’t rush you. I recommend him to my brother and he also thought he was great. I just changed my doctor to Dr brown and he was amazing as usual. Next I also recommend him to my mom. He is now our family doctor. Thank you Dr Browne.

I had two appointments with Derek Browne. He prescribed me a medication for my acid reflux which was barely stronger than the stuff I was already on. It didn't work. When I met him the second time, he told me he didn't know how to treat my reflux. I scheduled an appointment with him two weeks in advance, and while I was waiting on Zoom to start the appointment his assistant called to say I had to come into the office for the visit and that he would not be at our scheduled appointment. They had two weeks to let me know this, instead they chose to inform me while I was waiting for the appointment. They didn't care at all that I told them I was in pain and was desperate to talk to Doctor Derek McGrath Browne. The assistant didn't mind at all when I stated I would no longer see Doctor Derek McGrath Browne if I was going to be treated like this.

One of the worst doctors I've ever been to- and I've been to some bad ones. It's such a hassle to change your assigned doctor when you have medi-cal, so I have struggled to get by with him as my PCP but it is nearly impossible. My first appointment with him was all of about 20 seconds (in person- before the pandemic) and the message was very clear that he wasn't going to give me more then 30 seconds tops. After that I got a little more time at future appointments because I was desperate for help. But it was like pulling teeth with trying to get him to understand my situation and he was so resistant to doing anything. He likes to refer you out to specialists for everything, so he cab treat as little as possible.

Dr. Browne is the best!!! wonderful staff! Dr. Browne takes his time with his patients and he answered all the concerns i had. Great doctor!!!!

Great doctor. Prompt communication. Polite. To the point (which I greatly appreciate).On time. Professional Quick I had switched from another doctor and found Dr. Derek Browne. It was super easy to make an appointment with him. His office staff were very polite and accommodating. I had a zoom appointment with him and it was great. I'm happy I found him. I definitely recommend him.

He gives you 40 seconds and your appointment is over. Don’t waste your time. Also made a med change that got me sick after only knowing me for 40 seconds.
