The office staff is very efficient and helpful .DR COORAY is a knowledgeable, patient and comforting doctor. I appreciate that she goes the extra mile to address all of my concerns and explains my lab results thoroughly, in a timely fashion.

Dr, Cooray goes above and beyond to care for her patients. She reaches out to other Drs. to discuss my care and treatment. She raises the bar on my expectations of my other physicians and I feel that most of my physicians are exceptional.

I'm sorry but the receptionist is incompetent I told her I have a referral. You don't need to call there office all I need is an appointment also why did you call me laughing at me I dialed your number by mistake by the way Im in a lot of pain. Her name is Jennifer Santa Maria. Then she called otptom clinic I spoke to the head physician he told me no need for them to call me you only need to tell them you have the referral and make an appointment I just spoke with the supervisor she told me what is the number of the clinic she said she will call and speak with the clinic. This place is beyond incompetent and I will go. In January there booked up till January next year they will call me if they have any cancellations. Please don't go here. If you want incompetent people do so. If not I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Also there phone rings a long time no voicemail and they will eventually answer. I'm sorry I'm just being honest. Dr. Cooray is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable & is very thorough. She has helped me tremendously and I am grateful for all of her great care. I am a complicated patient and she has got me feeling so much better. I always feel well informed after every visit. Thank you Dr. Cooray. The staff is wonderful as well, kind and thorough.
