The service is great
Lucky you get 1 star since zero is not an option. You can't charge someone for their OWN RECORDS.. office staff is horrible, apparently the office manager is never in the office.. & no one could keep my RX dosage correct, including Dr. Ellis! - Thankful for UCLA & Providence!!!!
I had my second baby here. The nurses in the labor and delivery room were amazing,Sandi-the Labour and delivery nurse made me feel so comfortable before my surgery. The staff in the recovery room was amazing too.Well coordinated. We had to eat the food from the hospital cafeteria as outside food was not allowed due to Covid. The cafeteria service was great too.Their breakfast omelettes and burritos were delicious, came in decorated with a nice little orchid on the plate.Overall it was a good experience at the hospital with competent doctors and nurses.
Excellent hospital with amazing staff!! I had my 2nd baby here. Dr Elgharib was great and also Nurse Katelyn and Krisel at Labor and Delivery. I highly recommend this hospital. Also the hospital is really nice. Care feels more personal compared to UCLA (which just feels like a massive factory). Will be recommending their L&D department to my friends as well.
The Best Hospital in the STATE!!!! So helpfully!
