Expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly. My 8 year old daughter loved the idea of the treasure chest to choose a prize at the end of the visit, so she was quite compliant.

I had to come here after being sick for a week. I was seen promptly and diagnosed efficiently and prescribed antibiotics. I came in the last hour of the evening and there was no one waiting so it was in and out. Excellent care.

I have been to multiple Exer urgent cares, but recently moved and this one was the closest one to my house. I got there at 5pm and was greeted by a woman at the front desk who was very kind. I only sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before being seen. When being called back, I was greeted by the MA (I believe her name is Becky), she was so kind and was actually interested in having a conversation while also doing her job. Before she even finished taking my vitals and ask me questions about why I came in, which was for a rash, the doctor (Dr. kiss) had already entered the room and looked at the complaints for why I was there. He observed my rash and was able to diagnose it and provide me with all information I needed in order to take care of it! Super efficient and quick service and caring staff. Highly recommend!

I got in at about 11:30am on a Monday, and myself and one other patient were there at the time. Within about 10 minutes they had me in an exam room, and 25 minutes later I was on my way home. Staff was extremely nice, and went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with the best quality of care! I hope I don’t have to go back to an urgent care, but if I do, I would drive out of my way to come back to this one!

When I arrived at about 11:30am on a Monday, me and one other patient were in the waiting area. 10 minutes later I was in an exam room, and 25 minutes later I was in my way home. This was the best experience I've had at an urgent care facility and will definitely come back if needed. The facility was extremely clean, and the staff was exceptionally nice and caring. The doctor/nurse practitioner at the time was Brian, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, explain options, and just make me feel better about my condition. I'm super happy I chose to visit this location!
